“Clean, cosy and cute”
Stayed for 4 nights whilst attending 2 weddings in the area. Cottage is easy to find, close to main road but out the way and fairly private. Good sized cottage and well equipped. Wifi was quite good considering the location. Lovely views and rooms bright from lots of natural light The place was clean throughout however there was some extremely large cobwebs which looked like they had been there a long time which led to my biggest problem with the place - the amount of spiders. As soon as we checked in there was 4 large spiders on the ceiling and we got rid over 25 in our 4 day stay - I appreciate this cannot be helped and no ones fault due to location and it being spider season but I have a huge phobia and couldnt settle the entire time - my own fault for not thinking about this before booking! Only other downfall was theres a humming noise in the bedroom on a night - unsure where this was coming from and we tried turning the temperature down in the master bedroom but it was stuck on 25 degrees and it got extremely uncomfortable in the middle of the night. Overall I would recommend outlook cottage and think its suitable for all types of people - couples, friends, families etc. Id like to say I would return but only once my spider phobia and anxieties have been cured which is a shame because it is a lovely place and a fantastic price!
