“Amazing view and location, new property...bonus” We loved the location, view and proximity to town. The third floor was perfect for entertaining, had a great open kitchen which made it enjoyable to cook for the family. It was well appointed with everything you need. It ha 6 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bath, 2 kitchens, bar, play room, TV in every room, a well needed elevator and a garage. The pool was just an added bonus as we really enjoyed going to the beach daily.

“Amazing condo with exceptional views, beautiful finish out and convenient location.” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The purpose of our trip was twofold, one was for my husband to fish and the other was for me to relax and read. It could not have been more perfect for both. I enjoyed the view and marveled at the constant activity of the boats and ships coming and going right out our window. The lighted pier provided additional entertainment as we watched the Pelicans enjoying their late night meal. I cannot wait to return.

“Had a great time at Portofino” We were pleased with our stay at Portofino. The house was very spacious for the 6 of us. The only thing is the walls are so thin you can hear everything, even when someones phone is on the floor upstairs you could hear it vibrate downstairs. And then we ended up with neighbors that packed a whole community into the house next door & they stayed in the pool playing their music til 1:00 & 2:00 in the morning. That was frustrating because we could hear it all. And the rosemary bush in front of the air conditioning unit needs to be trimmed. It's getting a little out of hand since that's the only way guests can come & go. Those are the only few things that any of us complained about. Over all it was a very pleasant stay & the house was decorated really cute.

“Enjoyed our stay!” Our family of four stayed here for a little getaway. Conveniently located close to everything and still a pretty good view of the beach. Easy beach access. Condo was clean, no complaints there. Only wish the condo building (villa del sol) took better care of the pool and overall grounds in general.

“Fisherman House” Nice roomy place, quite residential neighborhood on bay side, lots of parking for your boat, good a/c and hot water. Only negative is that the house is two levels with odd size steps between bedroom and the bath and kitchen, stubbed my toe more than once. Definitely would stay there again.

“Wonderful spot in Austin!” I stayed at this rental in Hyde Park for two weeks in September. It met my expectations and more. The rental was quiet, and well kept. In fact it was spotless inside! The kitchen was basically equipped but I had the essentials for making my own meals. The neighborhood is great and I would go for walks each day in the neighborhood meeting lots of friendly Austinites! Pete is a fantastic property manager and replied very quickly to any concerns I had. This is a great place to stay that is just out of downtown yet close to several restaurants and grocery stores. Also near bus routes if you don't have a car. Loved it. I will be back!

“Relaxing place to call "home" and perfect location!” Leah and Roland were awesome! The home was stocked with everything we needed to cook a meal, and had a great deck to relax after a day at the beach. The bedrooms were so comfortable too! I loved the decor and the location. “love love loved!!” This was a beautiful and comfortable stay!! The name suits it very well! Not only do you wake to the waves, but to fall asleep to them is even better!! I loved the simple walk to the beach and the convenience of the pool!!
