Spectacular two bedroom luxury duplex penthouse apartment in the prestigious Los Jardines complex in Elviria, the quieter, greener area of Marbella. The location is perfect for golfers and their families– the complex adjoins the popular Santa Maria Golf & Country Club, or those looking to relax at the beach/ pool and then enjoy some Tapas, Sangria, Cervesa etc. Los Jardines is built in typical Andalucian style, and set in beautiful, award-winning tropical gardens. There are three large swimming pools, complete with sun loungers and gazebos. There is one gated entrance with 24 hour security and allocated underground parking.

The penthouse apartment is extremely spacious with stunning interior design and furnished with modern luxurious furniture. Sleeping arrangements are flexible - twin beds in the bedrooms have mattresses that can be zipped together to form a super-king sized bed. There are two large bathrooms, finished in Travertine marble. The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod-cons including fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, grill & hob and dishwasher. It comes equipped with all the items you could possibly need on your self-catering holiday. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine. The stunning lounge features a flat-screen satellite TV & DVD player.The spacious private roof terraces are south-facing and furnished to a high standard for al fresco dining or basking in the sun.

The apartment is in a fantastic location – only 30 minutes from Malaga airport, centrally located on the Costa del Sol with Marbella town, Cabopino Marina and Puerto Banus minutes away. You'll find everything, including shopping centres, taxis, buses, restaurants and of course the beach all within a few minutes walk. There is something for everyone - perfect for a golfing break, a romantic get-away or a fun-filled family beach holiday.

Elviria beach stretches for miles and miles and is known for being the finest, sandy beach along the coast of Marbella. You can take a stroll to the world famous Nikki Beach where you can join the hip and jetset at the Playa Hotel Don Carlos.

“Quiet relaxing holiday”

The complex is very well kept and quiet, pools nice, clean and again not crowded. It is very secure. The weather was fantastic. The resort itself was very quiet and the bars and restaurants the same so if any fault at all it would be very little atmosphere. Aparment is just as in the photo's although a little tired now from use. The sunlounger covers and seat covers were ripped, silly things needed attention such as light bulbs not working, broken off toilet seat,This could have been sorted out by Agents looking after property at check out /check in but was not. (When light bulbs and toilet seat were reported the matter was sorted very quickly and efficiently). carpet was rolled up in utility room not sure if this was soiled but was not prepared to look, nets very dirty.

I personally stayed at the apartment immediately before you as part of my 6 monthly deep clean and not only were the nets steam cleaned, but the outside furniture wasn't ripped, nor indeed was the toilet seat broken? Still, I'm glad the toilet was fixed immediately. 2. Perhaps you didn't go into one of the three main commercial areas that Elviria has? Each are very busy, particularly during the summer when if anything things are thriving - if not then the tens of bars, shops & restaurants simply couldn't sustain an operating business... We have a large Guest Hand Book in the apartment which has a map of the local area, and sections detailing where the 'best places to go' are. Let me know if you have any other queries?

Lovely Penthouse apartment in an exclusive and immaculately maintained peaceful complex. Elviria is one of the more desirable areas on the Costa and many bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance from the complex. There are too many good restaurants to mention them all but travellers tip must be Rosmarinos for lunch, stunning food and incredible value! The owners of this Penthouse are accomodating and great to deal with, look no further!
