The apartment is in a small boutique block of six apartments and one penthouse. It is right opposite the beach, has public transport within 50 metres, 6km from Melbourne's CBD and is very well priced.
The apartment is beautifully equipped with two bedrooms, a pantry, three bathrooms (great showers), a complete kitchen (four burner cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and double bowl sink), a full laundry, a dining area, balcony and a spacious living area (a total of 92 sq metres). There are two secure under cover car parks.

It has a balcony with a small BBQ and outdoor table and chairs which gives you glimpses across Port Phillip Bay to Williamstown. The apartment is fully equipped with electrical appliances, ducted vacuum system, plenty of comfy furniture (including leather lounge suite). You can securely park two cars in the basement.
The apartment is on the top (second) floor and is serviced by an elevator. It is at the rear of the block away from traffic.
There are two TV's (one a 55 in flat screen) with BluRay DVD and a selection of DVDs and CDs. The master bedroom has a wall mounted flat screen TV as well. Each bedroom has its own split system, reverse cycle air conditioning system and there is a third inverter split system in the lounge. Climate control at your fingertips.
The location of the apartment is the best. It is only across the road from the iconic and very beautiful Elwood Beach and Point Ormond (great place to catch a sunset). There are many lovely circular walks you can make right from the house, without the need to drive anywhere. The foreshore has a lovely free BBQ area and a children's playground and the beach is safe and sandy. The famous Bay Trail bike path and the much used promenade are a great feature. The foreshore also has restaurants and coffee bars.
The lovely cafes and restaurants of Elwood village are a short 3 minute walk away and the much visited Acland St/ Luna park and St Kilda pier are just 15 minutes walk away.
The Melbourne CBD, MCG, Etihad Stadium, Albert Park, Fitzroy St, Chapel St and Port Melbourne are all very close, whether you drive or use public transport.
The beds are comfy and they consist of one queen and one double. Each bedroom has its own full ensuite. There is also a single trundle bed that you could roll out into the lounge room. We can provide you with a stroller, high chair and porta-cot if you have a little one. In addition there is a powder room for guests. Sheets, pillowcases, bath and beach towels are provided.
You will love this destination.
We ask for a $200 bond and this will be fully refunded after departure if all is in order. The cleaning fee is $75 and covers laundry and a professional clean after you depart.
There is a minimum rental period of three nights and we will give a discount for a full week booking. If you are interested in a longer term stay then we could do a deal.

Elwood is a safe and welcoming community. You are living in a prized Melbourne suburb with green leafy streets and friendly locals. It is quiet at night (you may not be so lucky in St Kilda!)
