FEATURES: Oceanfront and oceanside condominiums. Swimming pool, tennis courts, park grills, outside showers. Most properties have in-room jacuzzis and wireless high speed Internet access. Two parking spaces per unit. Buildings 2 and 4 are oceanfront peg lots, closer to the ocean. Buildings 1, 3 and 5 are back peg oceanfront lots. Building 7 is second row and building 6 is semi-oceanfront with an unobstructed view. No pets.

“Beautiful! Lovely!”
Beautiful ocean front condo! I loved the high deck chairs! We would rent this condo again and again. Stunning view all day long - fantastic beach access and location on the island.

“Nice but ant infested”
We've stayed at this property before and it has always been a good experience however this time it was infested with ants. They were everywhere...the bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, even the closet.… More

Extermination of these condos is something handled by their homeowner association, but whenever you purchase baits or sprays to provide yourself some relief, please bring us the receipt and we'll happily reimburse you. As for the ants, this is a fact of life in our area and it seems they really come to light after a hard rain which we've had plenty of lately.
