FEATURES: Oceanfront and oceanside condominiums. Swimming pool, tennis courts, park grills, outside showers. Most properties have in-room jacuzzis and wireless high speed Internet access. Two parking spaces per unit. Buildings 2 and 4 are oceanfront peg lots, closer to the ocean. Buildings 1, 3 and 5 are back peg oceanfront lots. Building 7 is second row and building 6 is semi-oceanfront with an unobstructed view. No pets.

I agree, the views from the upper floor of the Pier Pointe condos does offer wonderful views and I'm happy you enjoyed it. I am sorry you were disappointed with check in. Our check in time is 4 p.m., but we begin releasing keys as early as 3 p.m. as a courtesy so you may begin what we know is a much anticipated vacation. Occasionally, housekeeping does need the hours of 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. to complete their work. We do try to notify each arriving guest of this to offset disappointment. Thank you again for your feedback.
