Duplex, 5 BR, 4 ½ B. K * Q * Q * 2S * B (S up, D down w/S trundle). Island Club linen service with beds made and No Worries Comforters (2S and B are Triple Sheeted). Expansive 15’ x 41’ oceanfront saline swimming pool (shared). Heated pool is available for an additional $600 per week (operable only when air temperature is above 60°). Oceanfront hot tub on each side. Spacious, four-level home featuring three oceanfront BRs including two master bedroom suites, one on top floor with K, whirlpool tub and private oceanfront deck. Ground level game room with ping-pong and foosball tables, mini refrigerator and full bath. Well appointed kitchen with granite countertops and dishwasher. Washer/dryer, water softener, 6 Smart TVs with Spectrum cable app (living area & MBR have Roku and DVD players), wireless high speed Internet access, electric fireplace, free unlimited long distance, ceiling fans throughout. Covered and open decks with porch furniture on all three levels. Gas grill, picnic table, enclosed hot/cold outside shower, boardwalk to the beach with seating area (shared) and outside shower. Unlimited ocean views. Rent both sides for the ultimate, large family gathering. Three-night minimum during the off-season. No smoking. No pets. 5305 Ocean Drive.
This property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation. Monthly rates do not include pool/hot tub.
Off-season monthly rentals open for November or December $5,100.

It pleases me to know that you and your family enjoyed your time at Cool Nights West and I agree, the spaces this duplex provide are very functional. I am sorry to hear of your disappointments and concerns. These have been forwarded to the owner and he is working to remedy all things so Cool Nights West remains a place you will want to visit each year for your family's vacation. Moisture on the ground floor will be reduced and air conditioning will be added to the garage game room. Additionally, new insulated garage doors will be installed. Moisture in the bedrooms will be reduced by increasing air flow by adding an additional A/C vent and cold air return. Finally, all walls and surfaces will have a deep clean during the off season. These things should remedy the issue experienced so this property is enjoyable for all. Thank you again for your feedback.
