Poolside rec room on ground level with ping-pong table, TV, surround sound and wet bar. Handicap friendly bath on main level (not ADA approved). Safety gates. Washer/dryer, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 7 cable TVs, 2 sound systems, water softener, ceiling fans throughout. Outstanding floor plan. Large great room features gas fireplace, wet bar and large screen TV. Two large dining tables. Covered and open decks with porch furniture on all levels, porch rockers, gas grill, dining table, enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Beautiful ocean views.
