Heated pool is available for an additional $550 per week. Bright, beachy décor welcomes you to this beautiful island living home. Elevator to all levels. Master suite offers a private bath with whirlpool tub and access to covered balcony. Game room on ground level with foosball and pool tables, wet bar with mini refrigerator and half bath; TV room also on ground level with 46” TV and DVD. Kitchen with granite countertops, double wall ovens, Jenn-air cooktop and wine cooler. Washer/dryer, 10 flat screen cable TVs, 8 DVD players, wireless high speed Internet access, gas fireplace, ceiling fans throughout. Expansive covered and open decks on middle and top floors offer a variety of porch furniture including rockers, Adirondack chairs, chaise lounges and a large dining table that seats 8, great for outdoor dining. Poolside built-in gas grilling area and prep station. Putting green. Enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Beautiful ocean views and easy beach access directly across the street. Weekly only. Very expensive house in very poor repair. Things broken: elevator for part of stay, hot tub, dishwasher, all sliding doors accessing deck on second floor, railing on top floor deck, outside pool light… More

Response from the manager Thank you for your review of your stay at Red Snapper Club. I am sorry to hear of the maintenance issues you experienced during your stay. Emerald Isle Realty does strive to keep all aspects of our vacation homes in operable condition, but from time to time repair is needed. Repair of items such as the hot tub, dishwasher, and elevator often require parts to be ordered or a specialized technician to be scheduled. This can cause delay, but we work as quickly as possible to remedy these things so you can enjoy your vacation. Homes managed by Emerald Isle Realty do undergo deck inspections to ensure safety. Please let us know immediately should you ever have a concern about the safety a deck at the home where you are staying and we will send someone to assess it and make repairs if needed.
