Duplex, West side only. 4 BR, 3 B + 2 half B. K * K * 2D * 2B (D down, S up). Island Club linen service with beds made and No Worries Comforters . Newly refurbished throughout, this oceanfront duplex features a 14' x 30' pool (shared) and is a short walk to the beach, as well as many other great amenities. This home offers four bedrooms, along with 3 full and 2 half bathrooms. The upper level is built for family fun providing a large open concept living and dining area along with the convenience of a half bath and a spectacular new kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The upper-level deck features wonderful ocean views and provides a perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy priceless sunsets after a day at the beach; all while watching the children play in the pool. This level also provides access to a master bedroom suite with a king bed, full bathroom and private balcony.
The middle level is where you will find three additional bedrooms, including another master suite with a king bed, private bath and direct access to the outdoor covered deck. There is also a large bedroom with two queen beds, and the fourth bedroom is the perfect set-up for kids; two bunk beds (D down, S up). There is a shared full bathroom located just off the main hallway along with a full-sized washer and dryer.
The ground level provides the convenience of a half bath for those fun-filled days at the pool (shared with the East side). There is a stainless steel gas grill and an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. The ground level guest closets are where you will find a second refrigerator, beach cart, beach chairs, and pool toys all provided for your convenience.
Other amenities include high-speed wireless internet access, 5 flat screen cable TVs including a 55" wall-mounted Smart HDTV in living area, ceiling fans throughout, along with covered and open decks with porch rockers. No pets please. Property is conveniently located at The Point - 10522 Wyndtree Drive West.

“Kindred spirit”
We lived our stay here. Very roomy and perfect size for 2 families. Only complaints would be that walls need fresh paint and tv's were below average. Everything else awesome!
