Description
Gr8 Luxury Villas Complex consists of 8 new, detached, autonomous and fully equipped villas which are built in a land of 8.000 m2.
They are set on 2 or 3 levels including large living-dining room, kitchen, two or 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
All villas have a spectacular view of the sea which is just 100 m far away. Ground floor’s patio glass-doors lead to the private garden of each villa while every bedroom has its private balcony. All villa’s floors are connected via an internal staircase.
Every villa, apart from its private garden, has its own private open parking space, which is spacious enough for at least 2 cars. All villas are fully furnished and are also equipped with the following:
- Air-condition and central heating system.
- Solar water heater.
- Washing machine, iron and ironing board.
- Hairdryer
- 32’’ LED TV in living rooms and 24’’ LED TV in bedrooms.
- Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove with oven, coffee and frappe
maker, kettle and toaster.
- Wireless Wi-Fi
Kouverta Beach is situated 70 km away from Nafplio & Mycenae and 45 km from the theatre of Ancient Epidaurus and Poros Island. It is also a few minutes away from Hydra and Spetses islands which are regularly connected with sea transportation.

Προσπαθούμε να παρέχουμε όσο το δυνατόν περισσότερη καθαριότητα, άνεση και εξυπηρέτηση χωρίς να γινόμαστε "ενοχλητικοί" στους καλεσμένους μας που αναζητούν την ηρεμία και την ιδιωτικότητα. Σχόλιά σαν τα δικά σου αποτελούν για μας την καλύτερη ανταμοιβή. Όσον αφορά την απόσταση από την Ερμιόνη, νομίζω πως δεν μπορούμε να κάνουμε κάτι... Ελπίζουμε να τα ξαναπούμε στο μέλλον.
