Description

This villa is situated on an elevated position, totally private and with a magnificent view of the coast and the islands. It has loads of room and outdoor furniture to provide for a very comfortable and tranquil holiday time.

The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms of this villa are composed as follows:

• 1st floor - Bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom

• 1st floor - Bedroom with a double bed and a shared bathroom

• 1st floor - Bedroom with 2 single beds and a shared bathroom

• Ground Floor – Bedroom with 2 single beds and a shared bathroom

All the bedrooms have air conditioning except the ground floor which has a fan.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware, including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and coffeemaker among others. Just next door is the charcoal BBQ to prepare some healthy grills.

The living room is large and encompasses the living and dining areas. It also has a fireplace for colder evenings, a Wi-Fi internet connection and TV with English channels (BBC, ITV, etc…) and last but not least, a pool table.

Perhaps the biggest attraction of this villa is the surrounding area, green hills, sea views and the privacy and quietness of the area. The location is good for those who value their privacy but still want to be close to the local amenities by car. The outdoor has a pool of 10 by 5 meters and depths of 1.2 to 2.6 meters. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline. The pool and surrounding areas have enough sun loungers for everyone and plenty of outdoor furniture spread around the terraces of the villa.

Outside, there is plenty of private parking spaces.

“Lovely villa in a quiet position with great views”

We stayed for a fortnight in Villa Florencio. It is as described in a quiet and private location which was a bit tricky to find but got there in the end! The villa was well equipped and very clean. When the air con didn't seem to work so well in one room Seashell were easy to contact and responded very quickly. There were good quality teak sun-loungers with cushions round the pool and some very welcome shade at some points during the day. The view towards the coast was lovely and there was a welcome breeze some evenings. The only reason the rating has dropped one point is that I thought the kitchen could have been slightly better equipped: only minor things like another chopping board and some oven gloves.
