The studio is artistic with hand crafted detail in each room. It has 1 bedroom with a queen size sleigh bed, a living room with a digital LCD TV, a fully equipped kitchen with full stove and refrigerator and a beautiful bathroom with hand tiled and stained glass details. Located in the heart of downtown Eugene (15th and Lawrence St.), it is an easy 1 mile walk to both the University of Oregon & Hayward Field and to the downtown & the Hult Center & the weekly Saturday and Farmers Market. Studio K is next to the east/west bike path and 3 blocks to a bus stop. There is wireless internet and a computer in the living room. We charge $250 for our 2 night minimum for up to 2 guests. Each additional day is $100 and the weekly rate is $725. Additional guests are $20.00 per person per night (our futon couch opens up into a full size bed). We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products. We have off street driveway parking and are conveniently located for all of Eugene in a friendly, quiet and safe downtown neighborhood. There are 3 popular neighborhood cafes within 2 blocks of Studio K. Studio K is decorated with Craig's and Annie's personal art. Studio K was created with hand crafted detail including all wood trim, a skylight in each room and an outdoor patio off of both the kitchen and bedroom. Our many vegetable and flower gardens are in full bloom. It is impeccably clean and a very relaxing home away from home. This is the type of family run guest house that Craig & Annie look to stay in when they travel. Contact us for more information about this great vacation rental. This is a great option for anyone interested in visiting Eugene. The location is great with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The Huber's were very accommodating and pleasant to visit with. They have created such a nice, unique option for travelers. You'll really enjoy the beautiful gardens and artistic elements of the studio!

Comfortable and quiet! The studio had everything we needed and the extra bonus was the garden full of dahlias in full bloom! The bed was very comfortable and we loved the private porch with screen door for leaving the bedroom door open to enjoy the evening air. Great location in comfortable neighborhood.

My wife and I have lived in Eugene and visited many times (UO grad) but never have stayed anywhere nearly as peaceful and beautiful as Studio K. Craig and annie have the perfect location, amazing garden, and a lovely studio with artistic finishes and every amenity (full kitchen, linens, closet space, TV/internet, patio, BBQ grill). It works perfectly for couples, multiple parties, and families (we have returned as newlyweds, with friends, and with our two sons, and it has been great each time). Mostly, Craig and annie are terrific hosts--always warm and welcoming and we now count them as friends.
I have never written an on-line review for anything before, but Studio K is so unique and special I had to write about it. Spend the weekend or longer--you will not regret it!

Craig and annie have thought of everything. I couldn't have asked for a more peaceful stay. Waking up in the morning to organic coffee and beautiful gardens on the patio was a great start to the day. Restful quiet nights too. Great stay convenient to everything.

We were looking for Eugene accommodations in connection with a last minute Ncaa track meet trip. My wife found the Hubers' studio online. It was a neat place to stay and we enjoyed getting to know our hosts who were very gracious and helpful with local information. Studio K was very clean and comfortable. If your looking for something fun and different from the normal hotel scene we can highly recommend.

Studio K is a great place to stay in Eugene. We've stayed there twice while visiting our son, a student at UO. It is well located, has all the amenities, it's clean and it's finished with an artist's touch. Craig and annie are great hosts
