Description

4 Channel View is a beautiful seafront second-floor self-catering holiday apartment with windows overlooking the sea. A balcony allows you to sit out and enjoy the view. The rooms are bright, airy and spacious. In addition to a roomy, comfortable lounge there are two bedrooms, one with twin singles, the other with a double and a single bed. A futon in the lounge enables up to 7 guests to be accommodated. Optional extras include cot and highchair. There is a modern bathroom and an additional WC, and the kitchen/dining room completes the package. The apartment has a dedicated car parking space, and access to the property is through the shared terrace to the rear, from Plantation Walk which is a lovely leafy walkway all along the back of the seafront.

Channel View is an ideal base for exploring Devon. Whether your interest is birdwatching, watersports, sightseeing or sunbathing, from Channel View you can access it all. It's perfect for families, with Exmouth's two miles of golden sands, rockpools, tourist attractions, parks, crazy golf - you name it! We are right at the start of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site, and surrounded by sites of cultural, geological, historical and wildlife interest. It's also great for accessing cycle trails, walking trails, wind and kite surfing, kayaking and any number of water based activities.

Just a 10 minute stroll from the town centre, the train station and bus stops, you really do have everything you need right here at Channel View.

“Better than expected”

Excellent location, wonderful apartment and facilities. The photos don’t do it justice as the rooms are much larger than it seems. The whole place was very clean and airy. Lovely bath with very powerful shower. The balcony was such a wonderful place to sit and watch the ocean. I highly recommend the apartment, would be a treat for anyone wishing to visit exmouth which is a lovely friendly town. The owners were also very responsive and I appreciated their instructions and efforts to maintain safety for all. If I’m very lucky I will get a chance to go again but certainly the best place I’ve stayed at when visiting exmouth!

Excellent accommodation, near all amenities. We have rented both apartments and both very clean and comfortable Lovely views from both. We look forward to more visits in 2019.
