Villa Virna is a charming two-story historical villa. It sleeps 13 people. From Villa Virna you will enjoy a fascinating view of the valley and of the hills. Villa Virna is 400 square meters (4300 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in the center of Fabbrica, where you will find shops and the stop for the local bus. You will find the closest restaurant at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles) and a grocery store at 100 meters (330 feet).

To stay at Villa Virna you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space.

As guests of Villa Virna you will be able, upon request and for a fee, to take part in:

- cooking classes, pizza and typical Tuscan dinners;

- guided tours of the most beautiful nearby historic villages.

In the area you will also be able to enjoy horse ridings, doing some trekking and playing golf, tennis and football.

Swimming Pool

You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going down approximately 12 stairway steps. The pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by an elegant porch and by trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a thrilling view of the Tuscan hills and of the vineyards. The pool is open from the end of April until the end of October.

Patio

The patio is 90 square meters (970 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the living room and from the kitchen through an arched French door. It is partly shaded by an elegant porch and by a pergola. It is equipped with a sofa and two armchairs and with a table and chairs. From the patio you will have a splendid view of the valley and of the vineyards.

Ground FloorLiving Room

The furnishings of the living room are elegant and bright, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include a sofa. There is an elegant fireplace decorated. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Dining Room

You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. The furnishings include a sofa. The room has two windows with a view of the patio, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Study

You will be able to enter the study from the corridor. The furnishings include a desk. The room has a window with a view of the patio.

Kitchen

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio.

Bathroom 1

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

First FloorBedroom 1

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are romantic and elegant. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window overlooking the gardens of the surrounding houses. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bedroom 2

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). An additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance with an additional cost -- please enquire with our staff) to make it a triple room. The room has a window with a view of the patio. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor.
