Description
Trengilley is located just yards away from the beach in the grounds of The Falmouth Hotel. It sleeps 4 in two comfortable bedrooms with reserved parking and is a short walk to Events Square and Falmouth Town Centre.
Trengilley is a tasteful and comfortable first floor property full of light and coastal charm and is perfect for couples or families. It sleeps up to four in two gorgeous bedrooms, with one family bathroom including a huge walk-in shower.
The main area of the property has sea views and is open plan to create a relaxing and comfortable space. You’ll find two plump sofas on which to relax after a day at the beach and a large TV complete with Freeview and BT Sport channels. Entertainment is also provided by the Ipod dock and WiFi.
The crisp and clean kitchen is well equipped with a Neff Oven, hob and microwave, Fridge and Freezer, granite work surfaces and a separate washing machine and tumble dryer.
The beautiful master bedroom has a superking bed, plenty of storage space and a flat screen TV
Bedroom 2 can be made up a further superking bed or 2 3ft singles – a TV with DVD player are also provided here.
The property is located close to the train station, so you can leave the car at home if you wish though an allocated parking space is provided. Numerous passenger ferries can take you from Falmouth to the other beautiful areas of Cornwall and some brilliant attractions. You’ll also find the award winning blue flag beach of Gyllyngvase just a short walk away.
