One bathroom and a spare toilet in the garden .View of Brjioni island, close to the fisherman village of Fazana. Privacy, private garden with pool, sunumbrellas, tables, sunbeds. Private front and back patios with seats and tables. Barbecue. Private parking in fenced garden.Fully equipped with Italian design furniture in a Typical Croatian stone villa. Free wifi. Washing machine in the second toilet. Fully furnished kitchen with fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave and dishwasher.Air conditioning. Tv, radio. Hairdrier. Towels and sheets provided. Welcome pack with Italian and Croatian products. Suitable for families with children, Romantic breaks, Suitable for friends and young couples. Good for sport and nature lovers. Sandy and stone beaches along the coast.4 km from the nearest beach. Water sports, sailing, Golf in Brjioni natural Park. Excursions to Kemanjiak Natural Park-Premantura. Boat trips to Brjioni and the islands. Daly boat trips to Venice.Good for bikers and motorbikers. Close to wine and oil roads. No Parties. The house is NOT convenient for the Outlook festival (too far and not public transport)

“Perfect Countryside/Beach Getaway”
This darling house near Fasana is perfect for a family with several children or for two couples traveling together, or even for two small families traveling together. Each bedroom is perfectly appointed, comfortable, and impressively, for this American, dark and cool. The bathroom is large, the shower has great water pressure, and the kitchen had everything you'll need for a great stay. There is also a washing machine, which came in handy after a long day at the beach. We loved ending our days on the verandah while the kids swam in the beautiful pool. The peace and quiet of the house, its cleanliness, and all the amenities made it a perfect spot to explore the area. Did I mention how nice the hosts are?!

“Angolo di paradiso!”
Casa molto accogliente appena la vedi te ne innamori!si respira positività le stanze sono ampie e ben disposte. La villa è in un'ottima posizione per raggiungere ari luoghi di interesse,la veranda è molto grande si può fare colazione e cenare fuori in totale relax e privacy. Il giardino è ben curato e illuminato la sera e accoglie una splendida piscina dove potersi rinfrescare! Abbiamo gradito molto all'accoglienza il cesto in cucina colmo di leccornie!
