Rural Holiday Home with 5 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, WiFi, Pool and Barbecue!

This spacious house with gated entrance, has a cosy and bright living room with air-conditioning, flat screen TV and satellite, an authentic dining area for 10 persons, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there´s 3 more double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Outside there´s a table with chairs and umbrella, and a brick built barbecue to enjoy a grilled meal all together in open air. The pool is equipped with sun loungers to relax and enjoy the summer breeze, while children will find lots of playing space around the house too.

The house enjoys a very peaceful location surrounded by the typical Majorcan countryside with a view towards the Monasterio de San Salvador on top of the hills in the background.

Stayed here July 21. Manager Betty very helpful. Villa, although clean, was a little disappointing. No air conditioning to speak of, which from the listing, we expected. Very small air conditioning unit in living room but sweltering in bedrooms. Who sits in the living room on holiday? 5 fans are provided, one was broken but replaced same day. Some of the place is very tired, showers very old, pillows flat as pancakes, sunloungers old, dirty, ripped in places, terrace chairs although newish have missing parts so some are wobbly. However, the villa and location are quite charming. There are plenty of glasses, pans, plates etc to service a large group and we enjoyed going on the roof terrace each evening to star gaze. Despite it being dirty and in need of a paint job. The pool is clean and a good size. Very deep one end so might be a consideration if you have young children as it is not overlooked by the house. Would definitely stay again if upgraded a little. We ultimately enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
