Beautiful bay front end unit in Water's Edge. This beautiful townhome overlooks the Assawoman Bay and also has views of the Fenwick Island State Park Beach and ocean. This four bedroom unit has a spacious and open floor plan. Main floor (3rd) has a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Just beyond is a very nice wrap around deck facing the bay. You can find your master suite oasis on top floor (4th floor). There are three additional bedrooms (one is a master suite) and an additional bath on the second floor. Screened porch located off of two of the bedrooms. State beach passes included with rental!!!!!! NOT PET FRIENDLY!!! Linens and towels not provided but are available for an additional fee.
