This 5 bedroomed 3 storey villa is located at Sunset Beach Club complex in Fethiye/Calis. This fully air-conditioned Villa with private swimming pool. You can enjoy your outside dining area, equipped with a large table/ chairs, sunbeds and a BBQ.

1st Floor: Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 more double bedrooms, 1 common use bathroom

About the Complex-

Sunset Beach Club is a self-sufficient 5 stars complex located on Calis beachfront. The complex has everything you would need for a wonderful holiday, including:

Private beach, Water Sports, 6 outdoor and 1 indoor swimming pools, Restaurant, Café, Pool bar, Fitness Centre, Turkish Bath & Spa & Massage centre, Internet access and Market shop. The beautiful gardens are all well maintained and landscaped. The local transports pass nearby every 5 minutes.

If you stay more than 3 weeks, then the mid stay maid service is repeted every week.

Calis center & beach promenade starts at 500 meters from the complex and goes further 500 meters. 10-25 minutes walk to the center.10 minute walk to Calis promenade, shops, restaurants & cafés. The historic town of Fethiye is approximately 4kms from the Beach Club and just a 20 minutes ride to Fethiye by public buses which depart from the corner of the complex Local transport- Minibuses (Dolmus) between Calis Beach and Fethiye pass every 5 minutes nearby the complex Water shuttle boats to Fethiye are available every 30 minutes from the river port in Calis centre
