Description
Villa Yakamoz is a substantial luxury 3 storey, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, detached villa, situated on the exclusive and sought after Palm Grove in Calis. The villa sits in its own private grounds with its own pool and garden with gates and parking. The villa fronts onto a quiet residential road with only the occasional passer by. The villa has Wi-if and full English TV package with Skysports.
There is a mini-market opposite the villa, and there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops just a short walk away.
The villa consists of a large open plan ground floor with lounge, fully equipped kitchen, (with oven & hob, fridge, dishwasher, water cooling dispenser and microwave), dining area With seating for 6, an entrance hall with WC/ Shower room. There is a TV, DVD player, Sony hifi player, iPod docking station and a PlayStation 2 console & games, together with a selection of books and board games & DVD's.
First floor contains a King master bedroom with ensuite shower room & WC, and fitted wardrobes, bedroom 2 which has king size bed & fitted wardrobes, bedroom 3 which has 2 single beds, wardrobes & drawers. The family bathroom with twin basins and a jacuzzi bath can also be found on this floor.
The Second floor contains bedroom 4 - a large attic room with 2 single beds, a sofa bed & ensuite wet room & WC. There is a second TV for playing DVD's only or the PlayStation. All bedrooms have balconys. On the main front balcony, a wicker sofa, 2 chairs and a table can be found for sitting and relaxing.
There is a free cot and high chair at the villa.
There are 2 safes for locking away your valuables.
In the garden and private pool area, there are 8 sun loungers, a comfortable hammock and a kettle bbq for guests to use. Under the covered terrace there is an outside dining table and seating for 6.

“Great fun at Villa Yakamoz”
We had a fantastic family holiday at Villa Yakamoz. Everything we needed was provided and Desree was always there if needed. Close to all shops and promenade. We will definitely return.

“Lovely Quiet Villa”
This is a large Villa in a quiet suburb but only 10 minutes walk from the promenade and main town or there is a taxi button across the road and a taxi costs about £1.50 to town. The Villa is fully equipped with every facility you could possibly need on holiday, fully air conditioned and a nice touch of a water cooler which is very useful, outside area gets the sun all day has a hammock and barbecue facilities The pool was lovely and warm during our stay. The hosts arranged transfers and communication was great, I would highly recommend a stay here.

“Wonderful place to stay”
From initial booking to actual arrival the whole process was seamless. Paul and Mandy kept in touch, sending us useful information and a map of Calis which we found extremely helpful. Desree kept in touch on arrival and was waiting at the villa for us, showing us around and had also got us some bread, butter and milk. The villa is in a quiet street about a 5-10 Min walk from main area and there is a handy Taxi call button across the road from the villa. No need for a car as buses (Dolmus) are cheap and frequent, lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance and taxis are also cheap. The supermarket (Migros) even phoned a taxi for us. The villa itself is beautiful and has every amenity you could need. Spacious inside with good size bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and a water cooler which was great. The guy at CES minimarket delivered a new one and fitted it for 12lira. Lots of plastic glasses and plates too for eating round the pool. The pool too was great although cold but we braved it in and you get used to it. Great place and a just right for a relaxing holiday.I Also went for a Turkish bath at Sultan Hamam in Calis which was amazing. We will hopefully be back.
