Description

This Swift Bordeaux Exclusive is 40ft long x 12ft wide and is used by the owners for most of the time and is ideally situated on Holly Bank.

Sleeping 8 people in 3 bedrooms and a pull-out bed it has a spacious lounge equipped with a TV, Blu-ray player and Satellite, Mini CD Hi-fi and electric fire. For additional comfort central heating is fitted throughout.

The modern fully fitted kitchen comprises of a gas oven, hob with electronic ignition, fridge freezer compartment, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, George Foreman grill there is also a vacuum cleaner and an iron & ironing board.

A fire extinguisher, Carbon Monoxide detector and smoke alarm are provided for your safety.

Duvet covers, pillowcases and sheets are also provided and the beds are made up prior to your arrival.

The caravan is personally cleaned and checked by the owners.

Parking is in small cul-de-sac

Gas & electricity are included in the price.

WE DO NOT INCLUDE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES AT THESE PRICES IF YOU DO REQUIRE THEM THEN PLEASE LET US KNOW.

PLEASE NOTE THE SITE FACILITIES ARE OPEN MARCH UNTIL 5TH NOVEMBER.

The total number of people coming with you (including children and babies) mustn’t be more than the capacity of your caravan holiday home. In all cases, this will be eight people maximum – because if you do go over the maximum number, we’ll unfortunately have to turn away any extra people. If you come to the park and you’re unruly or antisocial, we’ll tell you to leave the park immediately, with no refund.

“Fab break”

This was a lovely caravan with everything you could need. The shower was really good which in a caravan is amazing. The caravan is sited right next to the main facilities, which was brilliant having 2 young children with us. Could be a bit noisy until everything finished but it was worth the trade off. Having a dedicated hard standing parking place right next to the caravan was a big bonus. The decking and furniture gave some extra space for the children or us just to chill. Loads to do and a variety of food options. As with all sites the shop is more expensive than outside ones. Best used for emergencies. The play passes are not cheap but needed if you have children. This is an ideal holiday for adults and children in a lovely caravan.

“Great location and accommodation”

We had a lovely stay enjoying some of the good weather. The caravan was very well equipped with a lovely terrace that gets the sun throughout the day. We didn’t use the site facilities but from what we did see there’s plenty to do and lots of places to eat. The caravan is a short drive away from Filey, there’s a beautiful beach (hunmanby gap) close by and a Tesco supermarket too. Great accommodation in a great location. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

“Uplift”

Our caravan was good bedrooms bit tight but think that's what you would expect in caravan accommodation. As far as the site was concerned very disappointed. There were no facilities in the swimming pool for under 5 years to enjoy the water my little grandson loves the water but we could not let him just play because he was in the big pool inside the only pool and outside was the same and as it was busy and he kept getting slashed he didn't enjoy it at all. The soft play area indoors needs a major uplift my grandson was able to pull out the spongy stuff from inside the equipment as it had worn so much he put it in his mouth he is only 1 year old. The food was good and the entertainment ok to a degree. Generally just think the whole place needs some TLC before it looks run down completely just an observation. Some of the activities need a little more observation rather than an attitude of just get on with it approach and the security staff on duty at the entertainment complex need to look just a little happier after all we are on holiday and are looking for fun and happy smiles.

“Superb!”

Fabulous, clean, tidy, homely, comfortable, modern caravan. Very close to shop and other facilities but not at all noisy, in fact, it is in a great position with a great view! Another bonus is that the owner provides tea, coffee, sugar, toilet rolls, cleaning products and beds made up for arrival! Wonderful! Thankyou Antony.
