Enjoy a couples retreat or special occasion with a private sandy beach in the summer and snowmobiling and skiing in the winter. Access to amazing mountain trails right from the home for hiking or ATV use. The sunrises over the lake are spectacular and the Caribbean blue water color of Bear Lake will take your breath away. You will enjoy a grand clubhouse with Olympic sized swimming pool, hot tub, and fully equipped exercise facilities. Basketball court and tennis courts are included with golf courses and snow skiing nearby. Paddleboard, boat, watercraft (Seadoo, Waverunners), fishing charters, horseback, bike, ATV, UTV, RZR, snowmobile, and ice-fishing rentals can call be organized for you. A scenic drive that is 2 1/2 hours from the Salt Lake City airport to this mountain retreat. Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter provide 4 complete different experiences for you to enjoy. Off Season we allow for smaller groups and charge based upon the number of guests staying. Peak Season and Holiday we charge based upon the house capacity.

Response from the owner Thanks for the candid review. It is true we care passionately about the hone and every guests experience while staying and we have learned that one guests disregard can cause issues for future guests. As such, we have a house rule that doors must be kept closed so mice do not get into the home and impact the next guest’s experience. Yes, we get alerted when a door is left open for more than 10 minutes and we will then forward alert reminders after a door is open for 30 minutes or longer to the guest asking them to obey the house rules we established and they agreed to. Glad you enjoyed your stay. I love listening to music while sitting on the deck enjoying the view.

“Great for family get aways”

It was awesome all the rooms were great along with the views. Wild life right up to the house was a great experience and just 10 minutes from bear lake! Will definatly stay here again.
