The cottage Annexe comprises 2 bedroom acc. with private entrance, on ground floor a double room and twin room with 2 3ft. beds, both rooms have remote colour televisions and additional wall heaters, Bed linen is provided Free including welsh woolen blankets and Duvets.
On 1st floor there is a sitting/Dining room, a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, microwave,electric 4 ring cooker, heated food tray,washing machine,coffee percolator,fire blanket, fire extinquisher and 1st. Aid box.
There is a bathroom with bath and overhead shower and electric shaver unit, The property has full Central heating which is inclusive in the rental, each radiator is thermostatically controlled, Electricity is by a meter which is not inclusive in rental
There is a large security-lit carpark which can be locked at night and leading from the car park you go through a large arched doorway which gives access to an enclosed flower garden with paved areas, garden furniture with chairs, a barbeque,complete privacy,peaceful and an ideal sun trap.
The ANNEXE adjoins the owners Victorian Guest House which is situated on a 7 acre small holding
which has shetland ponies, white peacocks,ducks,guinea fowl and free range hens. There are wonderful views of surrounding farmland, the Preselli hills and a distant view of the sea beyond.
The Properties are ideally situated to explore North Pembrokeshire and it is the heart of "Invasion Country" which took place in 1797 by the French who landed at "Carreg Wasted Point " a short walk from the little Hamlet of Llanwnda, the Last Invasion tapestry which took 71 stichers 4 years to complete is on display in our Town Hall in Fishguard.
Our main attractions of the whole area is Peace and tranquility, quiet coves, sandy beaches, country lanes with an abundance of wild flowers especially in May/June, our cliffs are the home to the rare "Chough" and "Peregrine" birds also many migratory birds are seen.
Area is renowned for dramatic seascapes,many small harbours which were once the haunt of smugglers. There are pony riding and trekking stables close-by, Deep sea, coastal,river and reservoir fishing available in the area.
The wider area is full of Celtic history and mythological sites ranging from St. Davids Cathedral and Bishops palace to Saints and Stones Trail which takes in many of the old Celtic Churches which are still used to-day
Also North Pembrokeshire is renowned for its Arts & Crafts,Artists,Potters,Jewellers,Candle makers,wood turners etc. who use all their skills to create original and unique works,often inspired by Celtic Heritage.
We offer FREE car service to and from the Ferry terminal, also the train station at Goodwick/Fishguard
and for Coastal path walkers doing B/B in the guest house we cover the area from St. Dogmaels(Poppit sands) to Solva by arranging pick-up and drop-off points thus enabling you to travel light and a safety factor whilst on the famous coastal path which is situated in Britains only Coastal National Park
