“Slice of Paradise” You may pay more than twice at one of Bora Bora's famous five-star over water bungalow resorts without even getting near the exclusiveness or the sense of comfort and tranquillity you will experience at the "Marlon Brando”. With all the money saved on accommodation I can afford to stay a week longer next time.

“Private quiet Hillside Paradise with amazing Sunsets from inside” We had a wonderful stay at Villa Vahimanui!!! The Villa was very well equipped and we were totally comfortable during our stay. The Internet worked perfectly & it was nice to have the Dvds, Music & books available for our relaxation when we were not out and about. Pierre's advance explanation was extremely helpful for us to be prepared in so many ways! We enjoyed shopping with the locals at the market and exploring the island with the freedom of having the car transportation. Which made our visit to Bora Bora much more in depth than we could have ever have had staying on a Motu Resort. Many of the visiting couples we talked to felt very isolated and definitely were missing so many of our experience's. The view from the Villa is truly breathtaking! We got used to the many stairs pretty quickly and my husband is amazing at parking so he had no problem parking in the car park. His years driving and parking in San Francisco was good training! Nathalie took excellent care in preparing the "spotless" Villa for our arrival and picking us up exactly on time. Once we arrived at the Villa Nathalie took us directly up to show us around and gave us personal instruction on use of the villa. She offered to assist us if we needed anything to make our visit more enjoyable right through to our on time departure back to the Ferry dock where we waved farewell! We noticed during our travels around the island that the locals tend to be a bit relaxed in their work ethic but you are lucky to have found a gem having Nathalie & Barthemey as your caretaker's & guest liaison's!!! Certainly a fantastic destination in "Paradise". Perfect location for our 28th anniversary, It was a very "Special & Memorable" stay on Bora Bora! Ps- We too were concerned about wiring the rental payment overseas to a foreign country as you are warned not to do! But as with everything else stated in these reviews & in several advance emails to & from Pierre in preparation for our trip we had no problem's!!

“FANTASTIC VACATION!” Dear Pierre. We wanted to thank you very much and let you know we have had a fantastic vacation here and enjoyed our stay at your villa very much! We didn't want to leave paradise! The villa was very quaint, clean, in a nice private and safe location. It really met all our expectations for an excellent vacation here on Bora Bora. Both Daniel and I and our two children were so comfortable and felt so relaxed here. We slept deeply and peacefully each night in the comfy beds and air conditioned rooms.The villa was well stocked and had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home away from home. The view each day from the patio deck was excellent. We would sip our morning coffee there while watching the early morning fishermen and kayakers. We also enjoyed listening to your jazz cd's each evening with our wine and sunset views. My children went snorkeling just across from the villa for many shells. We liked being away from town, but also found it so easy with just a short 10 minute drive there when we needed food and groceries. We also enjoyed being only a 15 minutes drive in the other direction to Matira Beach, which was gorgeous! We went daily to this public beach and stayed all day long. We also got to know The Chin Lee store and The Super U very well this week. They had a very decent selection and variety of foods, produce, snacks and beverages. We found it all very easy and satisfying to prepare many meals here at the villa, which is perfect when traveling with children. We also went out, too. Our favorite restaurant by far was Bloody Mary's. We went last night and are still full from the delicious fresh fish dinner and coconut tart dessert! The Panda D'Or was great too (Chinese food). Besides your sweet villa the highlights of our trip included a full day excursion to snorkel with the manta rays and swim with the sharks. Nathalie and Bartelemy are so wonderful, helpful and so kind. We are thankful for them for picking us up when we arrived and showing us everything in the villa. Bartelemy also supplied my son with fresh coconut this week, which was a treat. Thank you for also being so helpful, patient and accommodating. We felt perfectly clear and secure about all the travel and transit arrangements, villa information and the details we needed to know about before our arrival. Thank you for all your email correspondence and making it all very easy! We will be happy to recommend the villas to our friends and family for future stays. Yumi and Daniel.
