Apartment with wonderful view on the river, just in front of the Galleria degli Uffizi, thanks to the private largeTerrace. Available for 4 guests is the perfect place where to stay visiting Florence: is less than200 meters from Ponte Vecchio and the center of the city.
A wonderful terrace with table and chairs overlooking the city just 200 meters from Ponte Vecchio. An apartment just renovated for max 4 guests with all the comforts you need. The 60m2 apartment is in an ancient palace dating 18th century wholly renovated. has a large lounge with double sofa bed and a dining table and a modern kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a second terrace. Accommodates up to 4 guests, two in the bedroom, two in the sofà bed. Sheets and towels will be provided, free WIFI. The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning system in summer and central heating in winter. In a very quiet area a few steps from the old town is the perfect place to reside in Florence.

We are just 1 Km far from the Central Station of Santa Maria Novella. You can arrive by bus with the D in via dei Bardi in 20 minutes or by taxi in 5 minutes. We are 6 km from the airport.
The only place where you can have a rest, a dinner, read a book sitting on your own terrace just in front of the Galleria degli Uffizi enjoying the great view of the Cupola del Brunelleschi and the tower of Santa Croce

A meno di 200 metri da Ponte Vecchio, nel centro del capoluogo toscano, appartamento in palazzo storico fiorentino del 18esimo secolo interamente rinnovato di 60m2 dotato di ogni comfort. Spazioso living con moderna zona cucina e grande tavolo da pranzo che affaccia sulla terrazza di 15m2, alloggia 2 persone nel comodo divano letto. L'appartamento si completa di grande camera da letto matrimoniale che affaccia sulla seconda terrazza e da un bagno con doccia. Lenzuola ed asciugamani verranno messi a disposizione dalla proprietà. Al momento dell'ingresso agli ospiti verrà dato un elenco di indirizzi utili al loro soggiorno e la password per il WIFI L'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata nella stagione estiva e di riscaldamento nella stagione invernale. Un'area del centro storico estremamente tranquilla, è il posto ideale per alloggiare nel capoluogo toscano.
Una vera casa dove rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro per Firenze.

Siamo solo ad 1 KM dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella. Potete raggiungerci in autobus, il D. Il capolinea del D è appena fuori dall'uscita frontale della stazione e in 20 minuti, con un biglietto acquistabile all'edicola di Santa Maria Novella, si arriva proprio in via de' Bardi.
In taxi ci metterete solo 5 minuti, a seconda del traffico e, per i più curiosi si può arrivare a piedi attraversando luoghi affascinanti come Piazza del Duomo, la piazza di Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio.
Siamo a soli 6 km dall'aeroporto cittadino.

“Great Location in Florence!”
I would stay here again if I returned to Florence. That says it all! It was the perfect location. It was just outside of the busy tourist area but still close to great local restaurants.
