Wonderful apartment in the elegant square of Santa Maria Novella, few steps from the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio
CRYSTAL SUITE - (4 sleeps)
The apartment is located on the first floor ( around 15 steps, without lift ) of Palazzo Da Magnale, an elegant, historic 16-th century building, located in a superb area of Florence, few steps from Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. It is in fact situated in one of the most suggestive and most magnificent square in Florence, Santa Maria Novella square.
The apartment (around 65 square meter) is a wonderful, elegant and bright open space, composed by an hallway which goes to the living area, a modern and well equipped kitchen ( oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher) with a round dining table for 4 persons. The living room, bright and spacious, is furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, a pouff and digital TV.
On this floor you find the first bathroom , modern and elegant. The walls of the bathroom are covered by a wonderful red Venice “stucco” as well as the shower.
Through a modern crystal staircase you reach the sleeping area with a queen size bed and a marvelous crystal bathroom, a really objet d'art! On a corner of the bedroom there is even a stationary bicycle.
The apartment has a wonderful panelled frescoed ceiling.
The apartment has a washing machine and a dryer machine shared with another apartment. The laundry room is located on the same floor.
In the apartment there is a very useful closet.
WIFI internet access, TV, AC, lots of markets nearby
