“Great location” This condo was conveniently located and in a very nice, safe location. The owners were very kind and responsive.

“Perfect localtion and great house with a perfect pool.” I'm a rookie at time sharing, but the owner helped me all the way. We saved money by staying here instead of inside Disney. The location was only 10 to 15 minutes for all of the Parks.

“Absolutely outstanding!” Our family of 8 adults, 2 children aged 4 years, and 3 infants under 15 months of age, had an outstanding vacation in this home. Only a short drive to all the amenities (including Magic Kingdom) was exactly what was advertised. This home was immaculate, and extremely comfortable. “Wonderful Romantic Get-Away” We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others. The owners were very friendly and pleasant, and the apartment was incredibly clean. The tiki hut over the private lagoon was amazing. We kept finding little things all over the apartment while we were there - drinks, books, games, etc. It was a totally wonderful time, and we want to go back!

“Location, Location, Location” We were a group of 8 and rented the entire compound! The place was in an amazing location that was easily accessible to everything. We had everything we needed onsite and if we had any questions, Phyllis was always just a phone call away. The music and talking at night from the cigar lounge was a bit loud, but nothing we couldn't tolerate. The only suggestion I'd make is to buy an ionizer for the first two units to help with the cigar smell....again, nothing intolerable, but could make a world of difference. Can't wait to come back for another visit! THANK YOU!

“Wonderfully relaxing” My husband, 1 1/2 yr old, and myself vacationed here as a babymoon and it was so relaxing and beautiful. The condo was very clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. It is a very short walk to the beach and very quiet. There is a lot of space for a 2 bdrm condo and we loved being able to have meals there instead of always eating out. I have no complaints at all! Kathy was always very responsive and extremely flexible. We look forward to coming back soon!

“Everything we could have wished for and more!!” Just back from a two week stay here. Condo looks exactly as it does in the photos, stunning! We have been to Orlando many times, however this is by far the best condo we have ever stayed in. Everything went really smoothly, from booking, paying and getting all the necessary information required. The location is excellent, close to parks and the pool was great also. We had decided to take it "easy" this time round in Orlando and having such a beautiful place to stay in was wonderful. Great to sit outside on the porch in the evening watching various fireworks and enjoying the evening sun. The condo was also well equipped and felt really at home here. Would recommend and hopefully will return soon.

“Can't wait to go back!” This was our first big family vacation and we absolutely loved everything about it! The house is fabulous, spacious and we'll equipped with the little things one might forget to pack. We really enjoyed the outdoor BBQ pit and had some prettyepicping long battles! We are looking forward to our next vacation.

“Perfection In Every Way - An Unequalled Family Stay” Not only did the kids totally adore their themed rooms, the adults couldn't have been more delighted with our Serendipity rental. We were 3 families: 6 adults, 1 child and 2 infants. We celebrated Grandpa Norm's 70th birthday at Serendipity and at Walt Disney World. When we found Serendipity on Tripadvisor Flipkey, we immediately knew this was the perfect place to base our family for our Florida celebration and once we were in touch with the owners, Ken and Sarah, we were confident we had made the right choice. Every detail of our planning was enhanced by prompt replies from Sarah to our inquiries and every detail of the home in pictures and description on Flipkey were accurate to a "t." Each family could enjoy their privacy if they desired in their separate bedrooms with private baths but the living space made for a gathering of the entire family for companionship, conversation and dining effortless. And the outdoor space and pool area added to our family time together, especially after our long days at the Disney parks. We never felt crowded indoors or out. Every room and the outdoor area appeared to be professionally decorated. Sarah and Ken had supplies (cereal, milk, juice, coffee, bread, jam and much more) waiting for us so we didn't have to make a trip to the grocery store our first venture out. The house is located close to the parks, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores and Ken and Sarah's secret directions to the parks were flawless and fast. We had a couple of special requests re parking and items needed for the infants. The special requests were handled right away and the supplies for infants (see Flipkey description) was unbelievable - oh, and the gameroom! A man cave and kids cave dream come true and if anyone had wanted to golf - there were even golf clubs provided among numerous other resort quality extras. Well, I could go on and on but let me say: Don't hesitate to stay at Serendipity. Sarah and Ken will make sure you are comfortable in every way and that your every question about the house and planning your activities while visiting the area are covered. You will call them friends, as I do, even though we only corresponded by email. Again, I will say: Serendipity is perfection!

“Comfortable "Home away from Home"” When my husband and I found Joe,s vacation rental we very happy to hear that we could bring our small dog "Sassy". The apartment proved to be comfortable,spacious and fully equipped with all the comforts of home. We especially enjoyed the extrmely comfortable King bed and fabulous shower. Victoria Park is a lovely neighbourhood and we enjoyed long walks with Sassy. Las Olas Blvd. within walking distance has great restaurants and shopping. Our Host Joe went out of his way to ensure that we had everything we required and had a happy and enjoyable time during our 3 month stay.

“Mrs” Perfect in every way. Condo was spotless and had everything we could need. Pool was right out the door. Couldn't see the beach from the Condo but a very short walk We had a small maintance problem. Made one phone call and it was fixed within the hour. We will be back
