“Awesome” My wife and I stayed here and loved it. The house was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities needed for a vacation home that truly was a home away from home. The pool and spa were the perfect way to start and end the day after the parks and were very private with fencing and shrubs surrounding them. I've rented other homes in the area this was the best and I will definitely be coming back with the whole family. Excellent 5 stars

“A good choice for our family” This place was as expected, except that the floors needed mopping. This home is advertised as children friendly, but bare feet and small children soon became dirty by crawling on these floors! We began our stay by double mopping both ground and upper floors, as well as the stairs. Other than that, we were happy with our stay, and would choose this place again!

“A perfect spot for us and for our golden retriever!” What a great place to enjoy the beauty of Treasure Island. The bungalow that we stayed in was wonderful...clean, a well stocked kitchen, beach towels, a great backyard. Susan, the owner, was also great to work with on every level. She was attentive, often checking in on us to make sure all was going great with our stay. She was also responsive to our rental needs and responded immediately if we had a question, etc.. She also embraced our golden retriever and he, too, immediately became fast friends with Susan. This bungalow is literally a block from the beach, a short walk over the bridge to John's Pass and close to grocery shopping, lots of great restaurants right on the beach, etc.. A great experience and we will definitely plan to stay at this bungalow again!

“Perfect Family Beach Vacation” This beautiful home was the perfect spot for our family's (5 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 toddlers) beach vacation! The private beach was just a few steps away and we made good use of the chairs, umbrellas, cooler, body boards, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. that were available. And everyone enjoyed relaxing in the pool after a day at the beach. Maria, the owner, was very easy to work with and responded to all questions in a very timely manner! We hope a return trip is in our future!

“Great House for the price.” This is a bargain house. Everything you need is already here. From strollers and bikes to all the pool toys. People have contributed along the way too which is nice to be able to leave things behind knowing they will be used. My only complaint would be that it takes about 30 minutes to get to the parks unless you know the alternative routes. Most people don't. Otherwise this place is fantastic.

“Lovely home in an awesome location!” Literally a minute's drive from the beach, this very clean and welcoming home is also convenient to great restaurants and shopping opportunities. It really is in a perfect location, especially considering the affordable price. Walking to restaurants and a rental shop is easy thanks to the sidewalk on Cortes. We even enjoyed a morning run to the beach - biking to the beach would also be a great option (3.5 mi one way.) The home might appear small at first, but we fit 6 comfortably, including 4 teenagers! The best part is the lovely décor that greets you after a long day at the beach or running around. Two thumbs up!

“Florida Breeze Villa” We really enjoyed our month in your beautiful home. The house is a spacious 3-bedroom 2 bath well decorated comfortable home. We enjoyed the pool and entertaining friends in the enclosed pool area. The Cape Coral neighborhood is extremely convenient to area restaurants, our church of choice in the area, grocery store, access to Ft Myers, Sarasota, Naples, Venice and all our favorite places. “Quiet Spacious Well Appointed Home” Central located in North Port in a quiet residential area between Naples and Sarasota with quick access to I -75 to allow easy access to many beaches, attractions and restaurants. The owner has thought of everything for a day out with the family at the beach including shell scoops to find that special seashell or prized shark tooth!! The house has a very well appointed kitchen, spacious pool area and a heated pool and hot tub. There is even a full office to keep up with any computer needs you may have.
