“Wonderful Florida Holiday” We enjoyed the month of March in the Lilsis home and it was wonderful. We found the house to be very clean, updated and comfortable - the exceptional weather made our time in the beautiful new pool very enjoyable. The neighborhood was quiet and walking and biking were a pleasure. The lake view, with it's wide variety of wildlife and the amazing sunsets, was an added bonus. Boris, and his team, were great hosts - very friendly and responsive. We are already looking forward to our 2016 visit.

“Great base for Florida Holiday” The house and location were great. The heated pool was perfect for our children who would have spent the entire holiday in it if we had let them. The service was great and communication from the owner just right. We would stay here again if we returned to the area.

“Excellent” Our stay at 4638 Runabout way was amazing. We loved that the house was very nice, spacious, and clean for my family and I. We loved swimming in the pool everyday. The service was excellent all around. We would definitely stay there again.

“Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“Clean and secure.” Close to everything that we had planned. Loved the security. Nice pool and grounds. Quiet area ,well maintained.

“Very Nice Location, Property, and Experience” The booking process was very easy and straightforward. It was much easier than bookings I have done on other sites. I felt my payment and information was secure. The process of checking in and getting access to the condo was very efficient as well. There was a minor hiccup with the entry code, but the customer service line was able to correct it right away. The house was nice and spacious. It had everything we needed to ensure we had a proper vacation. While there were some initial headaches, the owner and customer support line were always there to ensure we were satisfied. The location was great. it seems that there is a lot of development going on in this location. There were multiple places to eat, and shop. It was not far from all of the main attractions. Because of its proximity to I-4, there was minimal traffic. The pool and facilities were clean and comfortable. I met a lot of nice people there. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation that is close to all the great things in Orlando.

“Superb orlando villa - fantastic family home away from home” This was our first ever booking with HomeAway/VRBO and we were immediately drawn by the description, photos and other reviews on the site for Lakeview House. We decided to go for it (a family of 3 adults, 2 children) and the booking process was seamless - Derek, the owner, was in constant touch and with very useful information ahead of arrival. Although our flight from the UK had a bit of a glitch (meaning we arrived in the dead of night) we found the place without issue. There is always a nagging doubt with 'owner direct' type sites that pictures can be taken to flatter, or camera angles used to conceal. However, this is completely without warrant in this case and I can categorically guarantee that what you see in the pictures is absolutely what you get in real life! Think that wonderful vista over the lake behind Mickey and Minnie framing the fountain is an illusion? Absolutely not, it's that fantastic. Think the pictures of the pool and spa look too good to be true? Well believe it, we enjoyed them to the full. Games room really that capable? Oh yes, my son and I enjoyed the pool table and the air hockey immensely. This villa was perfect, and as travellers a long way from home, it was a joy to stay in. Location was excellent - to the west end of the '192' so great for driving to the parks and in a quiet and tidy residential street. As there is no-one immediately to the right of this villa (there's a small 'inlet' from the lake) there is a 'semi-detached' feel to it which adds to the sense of open-ness and space when out the back. Facilities were superb, kitchen well appointed, TVs everywhere. Missing 'ice hockey' pucks were spotted before we arrived and dealt with proactively - this villa is clearly well managed and Derek gave us a ring mid-stay to check everything was ok. Beds were comfy and air con and fans meant the villa was always a welcome and refreshing haven at the end of tough day in the parks. It was an intense two weeks for us as a family, as we were doing the Disney and Universal 'thing' to the max but the villa was everything we hoped for and more. We whole-heartedly recommend this villa either as a base for doing the Orlando 'Madness' or simply as somewhere to stay 24/7 and soak up the sun quietly. We will certainly return, God-willing, and if you're reading this and tempted to book, go ahead and bon vacances! Thanks you Derek and Julie for sharing your home with us. “Peace and Tranquility” Modestly furnished with everything you could possibly want. Super pool with great view over the lake and accompanying birdsong. Resident alligator and herons complete the picture.About 10 minutes drive to the Mall etc and around 20 mins to the beach/golf etc if that's what you want. A great place for that R&R.

“Excellent accommodations.” Excellent accommodations and location. House was very clean and pool was perfect facing the south sun.

“Everything we could have wished for and more!!” Just back from a two week stay here. Condo looks exactly as it does in the photos, stunning! We have been to Orlando many times, however this is by far the best condo we have ever stayed in. Everything went really smoothly, from booking, paying and getting all the necessary information required. The location is excellent, close to parks and the pool was great also. We had decided to take it "easy" this time round in Orlando and having such a beautiful place to stay in was wonderful. Great to sit outside on the porch in the evening watching various fireworks and enjoying the evening sun. The condo was also well equipped and felt really at home here. Would recommend and hopefully will return soon.

“Perfect Luxury” Our 5-week stay at this vacation rental was absolutely perfect. The house was everything you could ask for and more. We have stayed in many vacation rentals in the last 20 or so years that we have been coming to anna Maria Island and I have to say this one was right at the top of the list. The kitchen was outfitted with everything you could want. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Short walk to the beach. The owners were very nice to deal with and always responded quickly and were very warm and helpful. Definitely can recommend this vacation rental.

“Can't wait to go back!” This was our first big family vacation and we absolutely loved everything about it! The house is fabulous, spacious and we'll equipped with the little things one might forget to pack. We really enjoyed the outdoor BBQ pit and had some prettyepicping long battles! We are looking forward to our next vacation.

“Home away From Home in Framingham” I stayed in this great 2 bed/2bath condo while on business in Boston. It is quiet, conveniently located near shopping, places to eat and the Mass Pike. The building has a great gym and pool with onsite laundry facilities. The condo is clean, comfortable and has a great view of the reservoir to start and end your day. Highly recommend it!

“Worth It!!!” Our family stayed at Westgate Lakes for one week during Spring Break. We had a four bedroom condo and the space was fabulous!!! We were more than impressed with the resort staff and all the ammenities. The location was also very excellent and so easy to find and so close to the attractions we wanted to visited. The resort was very clean in all areas and very safe and secure for our family.

“Great property. Highly recommended.” This property is even nicer than it appears in the photographs. The house is clean, comfortable, open and airy. The kitchen is contemporary and well appointed. The master bedroom is a tranquil retreat with its high ceilings, plush bed, solarium and beautiful en-suite bathroom. The living room/dining area are bright and have nice views of the adjoining golf course. The pool area is nicely landscaped and is a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning or dinner in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. My family and I had a terrific stay here.

“Perfection In Every Way - An Unequalled Family Stay” Not only did the kids totally adore their themed rooms, the adults couldn't have been more delighted with our Serendipity rental. We were 3 families: 6 adults, 1 child and 2 infants. We celebrated Grandpa Norm's 70th birthday at Serendipity and at Walt Disney World. When we found Serendipity on Tripadvisor Flipkey, we immediately knew this was the perfect place to base our family for our Florida celebration and once we were in touch with the owners, Ken and Sarah, we were confident we had made the right choice. Every detail of our planning was enhanced by prompt replies from Sarah to our inquiries and every detail of the home in pictures and description on Flipkey were accurate to a "t." Each family could enjoy their privacy if they desired in their separate bedrooms with private baths but the living space made for a gathering of the entire family for companionship, conversation and dining effortless. And the outdoor space and pool area added to our family time together, especially after our long days at the Disney parks. We never felt crowded indoors or out. Every room and the outdoor area appeared to be professionally decorated. Sarah and Ken had supplies (cereal, milk, juice, coffee, bread, jam and much more) waiting for us so we didn't have to make a trip to the grocery store our first venture out. The house is located close to the parks, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores and Ken and Sarah's secret directions to the parks were flawless and fast. We had a couple of special requests re parking and items needed for the infants. The special requests were handled right away and the supplies for infants (see Flipkey description) was unbelievable - oh, and the gameroom! A man cave and kids cave dream come true and if anyone had wanted to golf - there were even golf clubs provided among numerous other resort quality extras. Well, I could go on and on but let me say: Don't hesitate to stay at Serendipity. Sarah and Ken will make sure you are comfortable in every way and that your every question about the house and planning your activities while visiting the area are covered. You will call them friends, as I do, even though we only corresponded by email. Again, I will say: Serendipity is perfection!
