Dans Font Romeu, connu comme la station la plus ensoleillée de France, agréable appartement avec très grande terrasse panoramique plein sud de 80 m2, sans vis-à-vis, abritée et bordée d'un espace vert, face à la chaine des Pyrénées. Idéal pour les enfants et les grands .
Terrasse ensoleillée (plein sud).
Environnement très calme, à quelques minutes à pieds des commerces.
La cuisine entièrement équipée et fonctionnelle est un véritable plus pour la cuisinière ( plaque induction , four, lave vaisselle, micro ondes, frigo congélateur, lave linge, cocotte minute, grille pain, bouilloire, mixeur, appareil raclette…).
Elle s'ouvre sur l'espace salon éclairé par une grande baie vitrée plein sud avec sa vue panoramique sur la chaîne des Pyrénées.
Confortable canapé dans le salon.
Le coin nuit se compose de 2 chambres :
- 1 chambre (lit en 140) avec accès sur la terrasse privative fermée. Armoire.
- 1 petite chambre avec un lit (en 140), surmonté d'un lit mezzanine en 90.
Colonne de rangement. Fenêtre.

Salle de bain avec baignoire. WC séparé.
Pour le véhicule :
Vous bénéficiez d’un Box privé et sécurisé (télécommande) au sous sol de l'immeuble + parking extérieur.
Casier à ski sur le même palier. Bien pratique pour la gestion des skis et chaussures.
Si vous ne souhaitez pas prendre votre véhicule, au pied de la Résidence, skibus municipal gratuit pour les télécabines (plusieurs passages dans la journée).
Les Domaines skiables de Font Romeu et de Pyrénées 2000 sont reliés et offrent 50 km de ski alpin et 110 km de ski de fond dans un paysage boisé avec un panorama inoubliable.
C'est aussi club pour enfants, école de ski, balades en raquettes, chiens de traîneaux, accrobranches ...
Et pour les sorties : cinéma, bar, bowling, casino, animations....
Vous êtes à 20 km de l'Espagne et 50 km de l'Andorre.
En période de vacances scolaires, les locations se font du Samedi au Samedi.
Nos amis les animaux ne sont pas admis. Espace non fumeur (vous disposez d'une terrasse de 80 m2).
Alèses jetables et taies d'oreillers jetables fournies.
