Description

This beautiful home in quiet Ft. Morgan has stunning views of the gulf and miles of sandy white beaches. Easy access to the beach is just a short walk from the front door, and if you prefer not carry your umbrella and beach chairs, parking is available conveniently located to the beach access. The community pool and hot tub are just 2 houses away with no busy streets to cross. This 2800+ sq. ft duplex has a spacious living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and wet bar, a wall of windows overlooking one of the decks, and panoramic views of the gulf. There are 4 bedrooms, each with an ensuite full bath. A bedroom with a queen bed (w/TV) is located on the main floor. Upstairs is a huge principal bedroom, including a TV, a king bed for your sleeping comfort and a sliding glass door that open to a private deck overlooking the gulf. There is another queen bedroom upstairs (with TV) and a bedroom with two twin bunk beds and a TV. Please check photo with floor plan to see the exact layout. A full size washer and dryer are upstairs as well. All 4 bathrooms have shower/bathtub combos, plus add'l shower in master bath. Other amenities include covered parking, charcoal grill, 5 flat screen satellite TVs, Wi-Fi internet, surround sound, DVD players, family DVDs, books, board games, ironing board, 4 blow-dryers, portable crib (Pack 'n' Play), and a large icemaker. It's 2 miles to see historic Fort Morgan, 6 miles to Kiva Dunes golf course and Gulf Shores Plantation. Fort Morgan Marina is across the road from the subdivision on the Bay Side for fishing, and also Tacky Jacks II restaurant and bar. The Mobile Bay Ferry is a 1.5 miles away for Ferry Trips to Dauphin Island. Nearby fishing charters, bicycle and jet ski rentals, sightseeing cruises.

PROVIDED: All bath and hand towels, sheets/bedding, ONE roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 small bar of soap per bathroom, a couple dishwasher detergent packs, dish rag, 1 kitchen towel, 1 trash bag in kitchen trash can.

BRING: Beach towels, tall kitchen trash bags, paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, basket-style coffee filters, etc), all food/drink items incl. spices, condiments, charcoal (if planning on grilling), beach chairs, anything else needed not listed on this site.

Tip: Many people bring a canopy to set up at the beach, and leave it there all week, folding up chairs underneath overnight. Please don't leave valuables. But general items like chairs are left alone by others.

Just for clarity’s sake to other travelers - the deck area is just for this property, but on the bottom deck it does join up to the neighbor’s deck for access to the stairs. You CAN see and hear the neighbors, but you’re not sharing the space. And the upstairs deck is more private.
