Description

Welcome to Estero Sands Condos. Located 1 mile South of the Times Square area of Ft. Myers Beach. Our Condo is also our personal residence when in Florida so you will not be disappointed with the amenities. Wonderful Sand Beach with Tiki Huts await you plus a very nice pool area also with lounge chairs. We also provide beach chairs for our guests to use. Estero Sands is a smaller condo building so avoid the large crowds and enjoy our beautiful beach.

Getting around

You really don't need a car if you plan to mainly stay on the island. The beach trolley system goes up and down the entire island and beyond for a low fee.

Interaction with guest

Once your rental is paid for in full Trip Advisor will provide me with your email address and phone number. At that time I will be able to contact you and provide you with more detailed information you will need for your vacation. Up until that point we can still communicate with each other through the Trip Advisor website.

This condo is very nice, right on the beach. It's also a good location for walking to the Square. It's nicely appointed, clean & the beach is amazing! Perfect for our party of 4.

One flight of stairs to the most amazing beach. We can just walk down the stairs and be on the beach or be in the pool! Amazing! Great place to vacation!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paul (the owner) a message.

If Paul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
