We stayed in this building with 4 other families & while our condo was clean & nice enough, it was definitely not as nice as any other the other four we saw. It is in need of some updates. The location & ability to use the Mariott right next door was great.
“Dolphins, Sunsets, views, quiet... It was all great”

The condo was lovely. Both bedrooms have baths: the master bath right in the room, and the other bath just outside the door of the second bedroom, but with another door between the bath and the civing area so it had total privacy.
The master bedroom overlooks the sea and has a slider directly to the balcony.
Sunset was our favorite time: many nights we opened a bottle of wine about 15 minutes before sunset and stayed out on the balcony for an hour or so. There were always boats coming and going, from million-dollar yachts to fishing boats to sail boats.
Every morning I took my coffee out to see the the dolphins fishing.
We opted for the "mid-week" cleaning for 65$ and the place was sparkling clean afterward. The pool area was small but we always found a spot. the jacuzzi was lovely.
Only the location would keep me from going back: the road to the condo is unfortunately the last turn off of the road to Sanibel Island, about 100 feet before the bridge. When the bridge to Sanibel is backed up (which it was almost every single day from 10 in the morning until 2 in the afternoon or so) we had to sit in the bridge traffic in order to get to the condo.

Our stay at condo 936 was lovely as always. We've been coming for many years and always enjoy our stay and the excellent service we get from Kelly. She's just wonderful and will goes above and beyond to assist you if needed. But you really don't need anything when your in paradise. Just a beautiful and comfortable condo, sunsets and a view to die for. Always looking forward to our return. Thanks to all.

The condo was very nice. It was clean and the location and view - fabulous. Having to pay for a pass to use the hotel pool was very disappointing and being told we could not use the other condo pools was ridiculous, especially as there was no one there.
We had difficulties with the internet as we were provided incorrect password information. I needed to be in touch with clients as soon as I arrived and was unable to until the next day when I could talk to someone to get it fixed. As soon as we could talk with someone in the rental office there were very prompt to help us.
Overall it was a delightful experience as it is a beautiful setting and the condo was very comfortable.
“Very relaxing stay, secluded property but close to everything.”

Stayed here while in the area for college baseball. Booking, payment and check-in couldn't be easier. Welcome packet explained everything we needed to know about our condo and the property. Nicely furnished unit. We ended up purchasing fold-up camp chairs and a small cooler for some outings to the beach and baseball games, otherwise the condo had everything we needed. Nice and quiet setting but close enough to nightlife when we wanted.
