We came down to escape the cold winter and relax for a week. This is a nice unit with good views of San Carlos Bay and the waterway that passes in front of the complex. The unit is large with nice upgades in the kitchen and master bath. Shortcomings: Worn out, flat pillows in the bedrooms. Old-style, analog Tv's don't fit in our digital world. Living room furniture has served a long, hard life. Looks okay but is uncomfortable.
Kitchen: the starter kit should include basic kitchen staples such as salt, pepper, sweeteners rather than force renter to run to the grocery store for basic stuff.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Attention to the items noted above would make a big difference in a decision to return to this unit.

We've enjoyed staying in the Harbour Tower for quite a few years now and have stayed in several units. The location is great and very family friendly. Can't beat the amenities and location. We have noticed that the cleanliness of the units has declined from year to year. Not sure if the cleaning staff is being cut or if they are just rushing. The rugs had residue/debris on them and once the kids moved the couch they uncovered chips and other "treats". Also after 10 minutes of running around the kids' feet were black. I don't think the blinds have been touched in quite some time either. Not looking to pile on here...but wanted to point out the one glaring need for improvement. As in prior years we enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Harbour Tower 417. The condo is in a perfect location. The wrap around porch overlooking the water was amazing. The condo was very spacious. I really enjoyed the walking trails and being able to walk to the Sanibel Marriott for dinner when we didn't feel like cooking. If you are looking to get away from the crowded beaches and want a quiet, relaxing vacation, this is the place to go. We were 5 minutes from the Tanger Shopping Outlet - which also worked out well! We had no problems checking in. We went straight to our condo and they key was in the lockbox. There isn't enough room to write all of the wonderful things about this condo and the location it is in. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was the perfect size for our family of five. Everything was close and accessible. The view was breathtaking . Each window had its own spectacular view. The screened in porch not only had an amazing view, but it was also extremely private. There were so many places to explore around us. We had a wonderful experience.

This corner unit was well appointed and met the needs of 4 adults and a 2-year old perfectly. We especially appreciated the tiled floors (we did not want carpet with a toddler), updated master bath, the king-sized bed in the second bedroom, and the nice patio set and extra beach chairs and toys. Being on the far end, this unit was quiet and private. The pool and beach were very nice and the location is convenient to Sanibel Island. Resort Harbour Properties was helpful in answering questions and providing information.

It felt like home. Loved the notebook from the owners with recommendations on places to eat and things to do. We never used the tv, but there were a lot of videos. There was plenty of towels/sheets, chairs. Everything was clean and in its place. I would definitely choose this exact condo to stay in the next time I visit. It's great to have your own pool and beach area away from the main hotel. Yet, you can still use that pool and all the amenities of it. The walking trail was pretty and kept up, mostly shaded too, which was nice.

Service at every level of the resort was top notch from the staff at Harbour Resort properties and the Marriott. Restaurants were all excellent and the pools were immaculate. The new rental company handling boating and fishing was fantastic, great time on the waverunners. However our unit was quite dated. There weren't any radios that were compatible with our ipods. We had a tape deck boombox and TV with a VCR that really dated the unit. Having stayed in other units in the past I had expected it to be a little more up to date technology wise. Overall the trip was wonderful because of the central location with so many beach options, restaurants, and proximity to Spring Training.

This was our second stay in this unit - and hope to return for a third time! It is very clean and had wonderful updates since last year - new tile floor, master bath renovation, free wi-fi and new washer and dryer. The location is incredible, next to the causeway to Sanibel, where we had several delightful meals. The private beach is wonderful, as is the gorgeous swimming pool. Close to outlet mall, grocery stores and more, yet secluded just off the beaten path! A winner!
