This condo is on the 4th floor which is great for watching the waves and the dolphins. Chairs and umbrellas were provided which makes your beach time more comfortable. The condo is well furnished and provides amenities that you don't always get in a rental - beach towels, ahampoo and bath soap and cleaning supplies including detergent for the washer and dryer included in the unit. So many items that you don't have to pack or buy upon arrival. We purchase fish and shrimp at local markets and cook for ourselves but I know that there are lots of very good dining locations. Our entire vacation is spent on the beach or in the water and the fine white sand along with the clear blue water provides a wonderful place to relax and unwind. But if you do need to stay connected, the unit comes with free WiFi and two televisions.
We are so glad you enjoyed your vacation. We try to have everything you might need for your stay. All you need to do is bring your clothes and food with you. I'm glad you found our little piece of paradise so enjoyable. We hope to see you again next year!
“Great, Relaxing Vacation!!!”

This was the perfect condo to stay at for a girls Labor Day getaway. We couldn't have asked for better weather. It was wonderful!!! This condo is located directly on the beach and very close to the water. No walk at all, and that is a plus!!! The inside is very clean and has everything you need. It was 4 of us and it was plenty enough room. The view from the balcony was great, especially early in the morning to watch the dolphins swim by, and in the evening to watch the beautiful sunset. I would stay at Gulf Dunes 406 again :)
We are so glad your Girls vacation was enjoyable. Sitting on the balcony in the morning is one of my favorite things about Gulf Front units. We take pride in stocking the units and making sure the units are clean for our guests. We hope you make this an annual trip for you and your friends!!

Condo was very nice, everything we needed was supplied (TP, clothes and dish soap, paper towels, beach towels). We left 2 beach towels on the beach chairs (also supplied with condo) and they were taken. Called the property office and reported the loss, the lady was very nice and explained to me that there was insurance to cover the loss. The condo balcony overlooks the pool and the beach - beautiful!!! One suggestion, blackout blinds or curtains in the bedroom to block the light outside the room. Also, several electrical outlets did not work and we had to plug in and set up the internet connection. Luckily, we have the same type at home so we knew how to set it up. We had a great time, the condo is in a very convenient location.
We are so glad you enjoyed your stay with us. The view from the balcony is awesome. My favorite thing to do is sit on the balcony with my first cup of coffee and look out over the beautiful Gulf. We will mention to the owner about black out curtains for the bedroom. Some condos have light switches that have to be turned on for one of the outlets to work. We usually have signs stating this above the switches. We hope to see you again next year!!

We Enjoyed Our Stay,But There Were Two ThingS That Were Not appealing. Our Condo needed Some Extra TLC. The Walls Needed a Good Scrubbing Or Repainting and The Condo Trash Container Is Very Near The entrance. The Smell Is Not appealing To The Stomach after having a Nice meal. We Will Travel Back Next Year But Probably Try a Different Condo.
Thanks for staying with us, we do try to make your stay pleasurable. Thanks for bringing up the housekeeping issues, we have addressed these with our cleaning staff. I have emailed the Condo Association about the smell coming from the Dumpster to see if they can possibly move it or make sure the area is cleaned. Again, thanks for staying with us and we hope to see you next year.

Once again, we had an excellent stay in Gulf Dunes. This is the first time going through Kimberly Lang and they were extremely helpful and will definitely use them again. Cannot wait until next year!!!

For the money spent, we found this unit to be in need of a "facelift". Looks like it was decorated in the '70's. Everyone we spoke with was extremely nice, from the booking agent to the beach service attendant, but the unit itself is very dated. We had no pool use one day (someone had gotten sick in the pool and it had to be closed) and an exterminator came one day (he didn't touch the dead bug that was beside the front door when we arrived) so we felt maybe we came at the wrong time. Maybe the exterminator thing could have been mentioned at booking, but we felt we needed to be out of the unit and we felt we needed to take our valuables with us that day. Overall, we would probable use your service again - but definitely not in this unit.

Having stayed at 406 last fall, we immediately noticed the new balcony furniture and coffee pot. This is an excellent condo for a couple or a small family (2 or 3 adults with 2 children. It even has beach towels to go with the beach set-up! Easy to get to and close to a lot of good restaurants and the pier for fishing. Would like to see some lined drapes in the bedroom as the blinds let too much light in. Great unit for this older couple, and looking forward to our next visit there. Like to think of GD 406 as our home away from home.

We had one of the best vacation we ever had in this condo. our condo was clean and well stocked with the things we needed. Location was perfect for us because lots of good restaurants and grocery stores were close to our condo. We really liked all the beautiful beaches in the area and quiet neighborhood. We will rent this condo again next time!

Great condo! I usually stay in a beach front house but decided on this condo for a long weekend. No regrets at all. The back door is straight across from the elevator and takes you down right in front of the pool( which wasn't heated for our stay) there's a nice short board walk out to the beach and your complimentary beach chairs. The attendant was great too! The condo itself is great. The bedroom feels far away from the living space. Great for naps or for those that have kids that stay up late. All in all, it's the first condo I've stayed in that felt like a home and not a far walk to the beach. That was a welcomed surprise!

Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed this unit. It was comfortable and had a great view of the ocean. It sat directly on the beach, so traveling to the beach with toys and kids was not a hassle. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
