Okaloosa Island is located just west of Destin, Fl. This narrow stretch of barrier land separates the Gulf of Mexico from the Choctawhatchee Bay, and provides seclusion from the hustle and bustle of Destin. You will still be only minutes from all of Destin's attractions.

Gulf Dunes Resort is just a Few Minutes from Downtown Destin. You will be within walking distance of several Restaurants, and souvenir shops. On one side of the condo, you will have the Beach Lover's Paradise, and on the other, you will experience the convenience of local everything. Grocery stores, and specialty shops are only minutes away in Fort Walton Beach. The Fishing Pier is within walking distance, as is the famous Crab Trap and Gulfarium Complex. Of course, you could enjoy the beautiful drive to Destin to shop the Outlet Malls, stroll the Fishing Harbors, thrill the family at several theme parks, and choose from endless Dockside Restaurants for the family.

Gulf Dunes Resort, unit 612 is one of Okaloosa Island's premier 3 bedroom top floor vacation condominiums available for weekly vacations throughout the year. This beachfront 3 bedroom unit will sleep up to 6 family members comfortably. The master bedroom has a king bed adjacent to the beachside balcony, and also has a private master bath with a double vanity and tub / shower combo. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and direct access to the 2nd bathroom. The bonus room has bunk beds which is perfect for kids. All rooms have tvs & dvd players. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you will need and the full size laundry room offers room for your extra things. The balcony provides direct ocean views as well as side to side views of the white beaches of Okaloosa Island.

This Beach Front Property is accented with Tennis Courts, a Private Gym, two Seasonally Heated Pools, and Protected Natural Dunes. There is 426 feet of Gulf Front Privacy, two private Dune walkovers with showers, and Relaxing lush tropical landscaping.

Though Destin and its attractions are only a short drive away, this stretch of Powder White Beach is much more secluded. Okaloosa Island is conveniently located 1 mile from the New Convention Center, 1 mile from Fort Walton, and only 6 gorgeous miles from Destin.
