“So peaceful! Couldn't ask for a better experience!” I had never been to this area before, but after seeing Dave and Maryanne's cabin and close proximity to the river, I was really looking forward to a quick, impromtu trip. The cabin is about 100 feet from a small spring, so when I looked into kayak rentals, I was given one to take overnight. I was able to kayak directly to the cabin, then head out early in the morning. Perfect for an insomniac like me. The cabin is well-suited for 1-2 people and there's lots of room outside to spread out. Everything's clean and tidy - I didn't even miss not having wifi. I only wish it was a dog-friendly rental, but the peace and quiet were definitely appreciated. I had the most amazing time and will be telling people about this great rental and local area!
