Description

Villa Rosa is a lovely villa with private pool in Le Marche region, located at a short distance from Fossombrone. It is situated at the countryside in a very calm position but it’s also close to the Adriatic coast. The location is perfect for those seeking for relaxation with the comfort of being at a short distance to the sea. Guests can benefit of a wide garden rich in plants and a wonderful pool. The property, which is entirely fenced-in, is completed by a well equipped porch with tables and chairs and a panoramic gazebo with sitting area, ideal to spend pleasant moments outdoors.

Layout

The villa is on two levels. The ground floor is composed of a living room-kitchen, double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads downstairs, where there are two double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds all with direct access to the garden and two bathrooms with shower.
