Description
Top floor unit in gated community with semi-private balcony surrounded by nature area. Master bedroom has cathedral ceiling providing a sense of space and light. Walk in closet keeps you neat and organized. Master opens onto balcony via French-doors offering you a serene view of woods and local habitat. No annoying neighbors - plenty of R & R! Take advantage of patio set on balcony plus cup of coffee as you plan your adventure. Additional BR offers queen bed w walk in closet. 3rd BR w/ 2 twin beds plus walk in closet. Living room & dining room have Cathedral ceiling. Large windows offer warmth of FL sunshine. Dining room, kitchen & hall floors are tiled. Unit is fully equipped; ceiling fans in BR's plus LR, towels & linens, washer & dryer. Flat Screen TV's to watch on down time. Community amenities include 2 heated pools, hot tub, Jacuzzi, tennis court, volley ball court, fitness center, arcade and children's play area. BBQ's are available in the designated areas on a 1st come basis. Open flames are not permitted anywhere else on the property. Unit installed with hi-speed internet service. Phase II pool located across the street from front door. Phase I pool & club house is just a short 5 minute walk from the unit. Check in time is 4pm / check out 11am unless otherwise arranged.
