Description
Located in the 5 star gated (guarded) resort of Windsor Palms, this 4 bedroom home is minutes away from Disney World, Universal Studios, and other major attractions. Keyless entry for easy access.
You'll find all the comforts of home including a private pool, flat screen HDTVs, XBOX 360 and N64, and a games room with pool table and foosball. Free wireless internet, Disney+, Netflix in every room, and long distance to the US and Canada. The private, south-facing, hedge-lined salt water pool comes with a solar cover, patio seating for 4, plus 2 lounge recliners.
There are accommodations for up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms including Queen master suite, Queen bedroom, a room with two twin beds, and one with bunkbeds.
Our renovated kitchen and dining room are fully furnished for you to choose when to eat in or eat out. Our spacious living room is a great place to gather together and watch a favorite movie, including Disney+. BBQ grills, laptop computers and childcare accessories are available for rent throughout your stay. For those with young children, we have a stroller, pack'n play, and booster chair for use during your stay. Babysitting services are also available.
In the resort for your enjoyment is tennis, volleyball & basketball courts (all newly resurfaced), playground, large community pool and hot tub, fitness center, 58 seat 3D movie theater (free- you pick the movie!), internet cafe, business facilities, games room, and sundry shop.
Don't feel like driving to the Orlando attractions? A shuttle service is available for a nominal fee.
The Mystic Dunes Golf Course is across the street and within 2 miles are 4 other courses: Reunion, Celebration, Orange Lake and Falcon Fire. The Jungle minigolf down the road is a family favorite too.
Rooms:
The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed with a new pillow-top mattress, flat screen HDTV with Netflix and DVD, lots of drawers and spacious ensuite bathroom with twin vanity sinks and large soaker tub. Huge walk-in closet for all your clothing and luggage. Hotel safe installed for added security (though not needed!)
The second bedroom has a Queen size bed with a new pillow-top mattress, flat screen TV, Blu-ray, Netflix, large dresser, and large walk-in closet.
The third bedroom has twin beds, TV, DVD, Netflix, dresser, walk-in closet next to a large shared bathroom.
The fourth bedroom has twin bunk-beds, TV, Netflix, dresser, and walk-in closet. Shared bathroom.
The living room features luxury sofa, loveseat, and armchair, facing a 55" HDTV with DVD (including dozens of movies), Disney+, Netflix, and XBOX 360.
Full function kitchen with modern fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave.
The dining room has seating for 6 people (+2 chairs) with upscale furniture and place settings.
Games room includes professional Black Crown billiards table, new foosball table, TV with Disney+, Netflix, and Nintendo 64 with games.
Laundry facilities onsite including washer and dryer, iron and board, etc.

“Good House”
The house is good, but very old, in need of a good renovation. In terms of cleanliness, the furniture was very dusty, carpet and sofa were grimy. But overall it was good.
