Description

A private drive to a secluded retreat. Up the limestone steps to the sun terrace and inside to look at the stunning view down the valley towards Fowey and the sea. From the seated bedroom balcony watch the hunting birds or the resting racehorses. A spacious single storey barn with beamed ceilings, underfloor heated limestone floors and a log burner just to feel good.

Take an invigorating rain shower in the wet room or indulge in a double jacuzzi bath,essential oils and candles, and using the waterproof controls watch the hidden TV. The lounge has two double settees, a 40" TV and a Bose Ipod sound speakers, whilst the bedroom has a super-king size bed looking out through the French doors and balcony.

From the fully equipped kitchen you can take breakfast with stunning views or dinner with the candles burning above you. Our heating comes from the ground outside, our hot water from solar panels, the washing machine and toilets operate from our rainwater harvesting system. There are too many eco features to mention, and although we are not 100% green we do try to reduce our negative impact.
