Cute little one room rental great for a couple wanting to get away. The location was within walking distance of downtown and was very convenient. Host was very friendly but mostly stayed out of our way and us them. Parking was close but make sure you leave room for the hosts. Shower was a little unusual but functional. We'd certainly stay there again!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in Fredericksburg. The room was extremely clean, organized, and comfortable. Everything about the stay was positive. I would recommend teh B&B; to anyone that asked.

Loved this Bed & Breakfast! It was spotless and so cozy and comfortable! We had homemade pastries every morning made by the host and they were wonderful!! Every day it was such a treat along with coffee, juice water and sodas left for us. All the comforts you would need were there - plush towels, microwave, refridgerator, movies, comfortable bed, always peace and quiet.
