Encino Haus is found several blocks north of Main Street in a quiet residential neighborhood. Built in 1912 this wonderful home was lovingly restored by various owners from 1995 until present. This historic homes offers many special modern-day treats both inside and out, starting with the long front porch with a swing and Adirondack chairs to enjoy the landscaping inside the honeycomb and wire fence.
With the upscale farmhouse décor guests will find this house fun yet elegant and comfortable. Inside is a large foyer, which is the perfect place to take in the beauty of this fabulous house. The pine floors carry on from the foyer to the right where you will find a spacious living room complete with a larger overstuffed leather sofa and two leather chairs. All are placed to enjoy the wood fireplace and the 40” cable (HD) television with BluRay and Netflix. Cabinets and bookcases throughout the magnificent room offer books and games for your stay. Behind the living room is a dining room with table and chairs. Again there are wonderful built-ins including the windowsill bench and built in cabinets with a fabulous collections of dishes to use during your stay.
The kitchen is a dream all its own with granite countertops, a commercial stove, large stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker and much more. In the hall is a washer/dryer that can be used for long stays.
Three bedrooms on this side of the house include two queen beds and a single. The single bedroom is placed to walk through one of the queen bedrooms to go to the bathroom. The bathroom has a shower. A master bedroom is found in the back of the house and has a king bed with clawfoot tub and separate shower. A 38” television (basic tv) is also found in the bedroom. The door in the master bedroom leads to a small patio with chairs to enjoy your morning coffee.
Inviting and lush is how the back yard could be described. A rock patio with a natural pergola offers a table with stools plus a grill to enjoy those evenings you may not want to venture out. Enjoy the back yard with its array of gardens.
