'Seagull' is located in Freshwater Bay Holiday Village, Freshwater East in the south of Pembrokeshire. It is at the south west corner of Wales which benefits from a mild climate.
This holiday property is very close to the coast and lies within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The long distance Pembrokeshire Coastal path runs along this coastline. Walking a section of the path is a great way to enjoy the spectacular coastal scenery for which the National Park was designated. Taking a boat trip is another way to see the coast and perhaps see some marine wildlife such as seals, porpoises or Puffins.
Fishing trips are also available ranging from short Mackerel fishing trips to longer deep sea fishing trips.
Pembrokeshire is a great location for enjoying outdoor activities. It is a favourite destination for surfers, climbers, sea kayakers and walkers and is suitable for beginners or experts.
A more relaxing holiday is also possible. Visitors come here to soak up the fresh clean air, sunshine, natural beauty and a peaceful pace of life.
Another option is sightseeing. There are impressive castles, National Trust gardens, islands, beauty spots, quaint towns and villages and art and craft venues to visit. And on your way there are plenty of pubs, cafes and restaurants where you can sample locally caught or grown produce such as Pembrokeshire new potatoes, asparagus and sea bass.
South Pembrokeshire appeals to families because they can enjoy both a traditional beach holiday and visit local theme parks - Oakwood Theme Park, Heatherton Activity Park, Folly Farm, Blue Lagoon Water Park, Manor House Wildlife Park, Dinosaur Park and lots more.
There is parking at the accommodation. You won't need your car to get to the local beach as it is just a short walk away. There is a coastal bus service which is handy if you want to walk a section of the coastal path and not retrace your steps. Or you can use it as a leisurely way to explore the area. The Freshwater East Nature Reserve is also right next to Freshwater Bay Holiday Village.
