Beach lover s paradise! Wonderful views! Quiet! Two story, furnished house on private island. Wrona s Retreat Details: Three bedroom, 2.5 bath home on the center of the island (best beaches) and walking distance from the ocean, beach club, shopping, restaurants, and pools. The wooded lot provides lots of privacy, while such a short distance to all the amenities (Fripp amenity cards available for purchase). Our home is located on the main road of the island, Tarpon Blvd. It is about 1 1/2 miles in from the main entrance between the two crossroads Marlin and Skipjack. It is about 1/2 mile to the beach club and tennis courts. The beach access we use is #9 and it never loses beach, even at high tide! We are equidistant to both of the golf courses, meaning we are pretty centrally located. And to make your vacation even more fun, we are including a NEW CLUB CAR GOLF CART for your use during your stay. 254 Tarpon has been undergoing some exciting recent changes in 2010. All the cushions and pillows have been replaced with new ones. The new fabrics have an exciting beachy feel to them. A new screened porch and expanded deck has been added. The screened porch is 13' x 12' and the deck is 23' x 12'. There is a new ceiling fan on the screened porch along with comfortable wicker and wrought iron furniture on the porch and deck. “Great place to relax and spend time as a family.”

We enjoyed this location very much. Open floor plan with plenty of room to spread out. Huge kitchen was an a+++. Loved the screened in porch & large dining room table (our family of 12 could all fit around it). Golf cart was fun! Pretty close to beach (short walk or ride). There were things for all ages. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Comfortable and spacious house with large kitchen, however somewhat dated. Sleeping arrangements a challenge for a 3 bedroom that sleeps 12. Golf cart made beach access easier from rental location. No frills price with no amenities. Nevertheless stay was enjoyed by all.
“Our family had a great time and the house met all of our needs.”

The house was great. It was clean and we loved the deer that came to the back windows everyday. Having the golf cart made our experience much better so that we could load up everything and choose which access we wanted to use and our 3 yr old grandaughter loved it. The deck and sun room were great. The outside shower was perfect to get showered off before going into the house. The house was fairly private with no other houses right beside it which made it very quiet. We would rent this house again.

This wonderful retreat was underrated at "three palms"!
It was an airy, spacious, clean and nicely decorated home with lots of extras! The photographs do not do this home justice, it looks much better than the pictures! The deer curiously peeked in the windows, the outside shower was great after a day on the sandy beach, and the golf cart was very convenient for beach travel and to the pools, etc. We are not golfers, although the courses were very well maintained, and we especially enjoyed seeing the real alligators! The kitchen was well-supplied and cooking dinner was almost like at home! Sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group. The only issue (and it's not a big deal) is that another 1/2 bathroom would have helped the kids with frequent "potty trips". We also noted just 1-2 "outside insects" in the house (may need an "extermination booster"?)We loved your place and will more than likely reserve it again in the future. Another thing: Nobody really requested to see our amenities cards... and additional costs were required for activities like the Turtle Watch and Sunset Cruise.
“This is a great house to have friends and family share!”

The home is large, open, and has everything you need.
We had grandparents, parents, toddlers and teens. It was
perfect for all of us.
The kitchen and eating area are large and perfect for meals. The family rooms are large and comfortable.
The bathrooms are large and the beds were comfortable.

The service was timely.
The home was very worn downstairs and the couch pillows were dirty.
The bathrooms were nice and spacious.
The kitchen and dining area were big and we enjoyed most of our time at the house in these rooms.
The garage smelled like pet urine.
There was a very small porch area but not enough space to spend time on it and it was not screened.
