Several couples got together from across the country to meet in Frisco, since it was pretty central for our group. Some of the friends had children, while others did not, so we rented 2 cabins and had a adults/small children one and then adults only. It was perfect. WE were on the top floor of the cabin looking condos and everybody LOVED it. The non-Summit County Rental employees, like the front desk guy on Main Street and the guy in the office of the actual building we stayed in, were less than professional and/or helpful. They both seemed put-out by our presence and the 2 questions we asked. "We're not with them," and "we just give out the keys" were their response. I understand that, but when you live in a town that relies on tourism for the bulk of the income, maybe ramp up the friendliness a little. We didn't care for the 10:00AM checkout time, either. 11:00 or noon would be more reasonable, especially for vacationers who want to relax. Otherwise, great! Would stay again. Thank You.

We really enjoyed or stay at Mt Victoria. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable and the location was ideal with easy walks to town for us and our two young children. I would definitely recommend.

This is a very spacious unit in pristine condition. Everything is new and in great condition. The only problem we had was with parking. The lots we were told to use do not exist in winter and made it difficult to find a spot for our second vehicle. Other than that we LOVED Unit J and will rent from Summit Mountain Rentals again.

Just spent 8 nights in Unit J. Place was very clean upon check in and floor plan was very large so we had plenty of room for 4 people. Amenities were excellent, TV's, Kitchen stuff, parking indoors, etc. Awesome views out the windows! Great location as it is 1 block off main street so you can walk to all the restaurants and bars. only minor feedback to the owners is to upgrade the pillows in the bedrooms....other than that it was perfect. Definitely 5 stars!

Stayed here for 5 days in January - what a wonderful experience. We are not new to Frisco and Copper Mountain, and have always endeavoured to stay in Frisco. Our condo was found by chance, but what a find.... the moment we walked in, it felt like home... beautifully decorated, a fully equipped kitchen and utility area. The indoor parking was also a bonus too. We had a great time, and didnt want to leave - so we booked again for two weeks later....... oh yes, and again in August..... felt like writing a bad review, only to ensure we would have no problems with future reservations lol...... The condo was lovely!!! The furnishings were exactly like the pictures, kitchen was spacious with lots of little things we did not need to buy (spices, coffee filters, etc.) Loved having the laundry facilities and there was all the necessary supplies one would need. The bathrooms were very clean and beautiful. I especially loved the master suite, private and away from our children. I cant wait to go back.

Annual ski holiday from Australia. Unit very well appointed and comfortable. A little further away from the centre of Main St than expected.
As we all know not much snow in January this year with the Vail back bowls closed at this time for the first time in 30 years, but still managed to get some good skiing in.
Summit Mountain Rentals handled booking in a very friendly and efficient way.
Looking forward to visiting Frisco again next year.

We were instructed to park in the ‘J’ parking space on the right. Unfortunately, a Yukon was already in that space and stayed there during our whole stay. Then, when we got into the unit, we started noticing that the place may not have been cleaned, or at least completely cleaned. We think that the linens were clean but the sinks, tubs and toilets obviously had not been cleaned. There was toothpaste and hair in the second bath and a band-aid on the floor of the master shower. There was standing water in the kitchen sink and it didn’t appear that the counters had been cleaned. There are crumbs on the dresser in the master bedroom. It doesn't appear that the condo was cleaned at all prior to our arrival.
Hello Deborah, as you can see by our other comments, this is not normal. The people responsibile for the cleanliness of the property have been changed. I guarantee this will not happen again. I hope you will contact Summit Mountain Rentals again. In the future, if you have this problem, please call the office immediately, we are more than happy to come and reclean the property for you. Regards, Mark

This was our second stay in Frisco at this condo, and we continue to enjoy its amenities and location - it is ideal for skiing Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper and Vail. We like the layout of the condo - it is just right for our family.

We had a wonderful stay, and the condo was ideal for our family. We found it very convenient to get to Breckenridge, Copper and Vail from the condo, and liked being in the town of Frisco. The furnishings in the condo were first rate, and we would be happy to stay again in the future!
