My wife and I have lived in this house for 30 plus years, so this is not a rental. Most visitors find it very cozy, clean, and with all of the amenities you have at home. I discount the rental rate since you do have to care for our dog and cat, but neither one is a problem, and they do have a doggie door, so they are not a burden. In fact, most families really enjoy them. Please let me know if I can answer any questions you may have, and happy vacation hunting!
