This 3 bedroom cottage sits elevated from the shores of popular Lake Vernon with over 40 miles of boating. The landscape is sloped from the cottage down to the water ( there is a small level playing area beside the cottage) with a magnificent stone walkway leading you down. Part way down, next to the waterfront, you will find a deck area with your screened-in cabana that boasts a great view out over the lake while giving protection from the elements. A small storage shed is located here along with a fridge for drinks. A set of wooden stairs leads you from here down to the large dock area that has room to sit in the comfy Muskoka chairs while the kids splash and play all day long. There is deeper water off the end of the dock, so its great for jumping in, and there is a small shallow sand entrance to the side, for those who like a more gentle approach. The deck of of the main living area has glass panel railing for an unobstructed view of the lake while you relax after dinner and the stone patio off the lower level is the perfect spot for lunch or an afternoon game of cards.

Inside the cottage, you will find that it's neat as a pin with laminate flooring found throughout the main floor for easy cottage living. All 3 bedrooms are on the main level. The lower level walkout is set up for the kids with 2 bunk beds, and an area to watch their own TV.
