Our first visit to Destin was in 2010. We camped at Henderson Beach State Park and fell in love. We have not vacationed anywhere else since. After three years of camping, we purchased our vacation condo. We hope that you love it as much as we do.

We chose Gulf Terrace because it is in the Heart of Destin. It is close to everything that the Emerald Coast has to offer. It has three swimming pools and is within walking distance to the pristine powder white beaches that Destin is known for.

Our unit is a corner end unit that is on the ground floor with close parking and no steps to climb!! We are located lakeside of a stocked fishing and turtle pond right outside the door. Kids can play in the yard behind the unit or feed the turtles in the lake. There is a turtle food vending machine at the clubhouse. Dad can fish right outside his patio door.
